The Crux CS-GM11B interface allows you to install an aftermarket radio in select 2006-12 General Motors vehicles while retaining your warning chimes and front and rear parking sensors. With a compatible Alpine, Boss, Blaupunkt, Clarion, Dual, Jensen, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony or Soundstream car stereo you'll also keep your steering wheel audio controls. The interface works in GM vehicles with or without a factory amplifier, and retains your front-to-rear fader control.

Features
Radio Replacement Interface: The CRUX CS-GM11B is a radio replacement interface for select GM LAN 11-bit vehicles. It facilitates the integration of an aftermarket radio and enables retention of factory features when replacing a factory installed radio in select GM vehicles. This interface is also pre-programmed for retention of steering wheel controls.
Note: This interface does not retain the vehicle's factory OnStar, if equipped.

Amplified or Non-Amplified Systems: The CRUX CS-GM11B can be used in GM vehicles with or without a factory amplified system. Its compatible with Bose, non-Bose, and Y-91 audio systems.
Warning Chimes & Parking Sensors: The Crux CS-GM11B retains factory warning & safety chimes through the use of an on-board speaker. The volume of the chime speaker is adjustable through a potentiometer on the interface module. The Crux interface module will also retain your vehicle's front and rear parking sensors.
Steering Wheel Control Retention: The CRUX CS-GM11B also features a steering wheel control output for Pioneer, Sony, Alpine, Clarion, Kenwood, JVC, Jensen, Dual/Axxera, Boss and otheraftermarket head units. The steering wheel control output consists of a right-angle 3.5mm connector and a light blue/yellow wire (use the connection that your aftermarket head unit is fitted with). The Crux interface module will work with any of the listed aftermarket head units, by setting its three dip-switches (see owner's manual for appropriate setting).
Note: There are two steering wheel control harnesses; you will only use one based on the brand of your aftermarket stereo. Both feature a 4-pin connector which plugs into the interface module. One of the SWC harnesses is equipped with a 3.5mm connector and one blue/yellow wire (for Alpine/Clarion/JVC/Kenwood), while the other is only equipped with a 3.5mm connector (for Pioneer/Sony).

Worked flawlessly in my 2008 Sky with the factory monsoon system paired to a pioneer unit. I did however lose the flasher sound for hazards but I'm perfectly fine with that
