JKO again. Yes, absolutely, Crutchfield support was outstanding. Unfortunately the second camera performed just as poorly as the first. So look elsewhere or spend 2 hours installing a faulty camera.

The picture is so dark on this Crux backup camera that it's virtually useless. The install was relatively straightforward with the exception that the instructions furnished were totally inadequate. Having said that their technical support is very good and I found instructions online that should have been included with the product.

I have this item on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and has made my life so ease to park I would 100% recommend this item for anyone out there with a Jeep without backup camera once you see it on your screen you start to wonder how were you able to be without one.
