Overview: The Canon SELPHY QX20 Wireless Compact Photo Printer (6753C001) prints your photos onto card-size or square sticker paper. This compact dye-sublimation photo printer has a resolution of 287 x 287 dpi (dots per inch) and 256 levels of gradation per color (Yellow, Cyan, and Magenta). The QX20 uses the new Canon XC-20L (card size) or the existing XS-20L (square) paper and ink cassettes (sold separately) made expressly for the printer. It is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery. You can print from mobile devices via Wi-Fi through the Canon SELPHY Photo Layout app (available from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Dye Sublimation Technology: Dye-Sublimation technology uses heat to transfer the ink to the paper, reproducing a full range of realistic tones and shadings, so color is natural and true-to-life. For durability, the SELPHY QX20 adds a transparent, protective "100 Years Print" coating to each print that shields it from the damaging effects of sunlight and humidity, as well as splashes and spills.

Print Sizes: The SELPHY QX20 prints on proprietary paper made expressly for the printer by Canon. The new XC-20L paper produces high-quality, 3.4" x 2.1" card-size prints, and includes 20 sheets of photo sticker paper and one ink cassette. The XS-20L paper prints up to 2.7" x 2.7" square photos, and comes in packs of twenty 2.84" x 3.35" sheets, plus one ink cassette. Each print has a peel-off adhesive backing that allows you to stick your prints on desired surfaces. The paper has a very light adhesiveness, that allows you to easily reposition or reapply your photos.

SELPHY Photo Layout App: The printer connects wirelessly via Wi-Fi to your mobile device (phone or tablet). The device must have the Canon SELPHY Photo Layout app (version 2.0 or later). On the app, you can select the photos for printing and the border size. You can also choose a layout with multiple full images on the same print. Images can be edited by trimming, moving, scaling, rotating, or reversing. You can add filters, effects, stickers, and more to personalize your photos, all without the need for additional software. The SELPHY Photo Layout app is compatible with iPhone and iPad, running iOS 16.0 (or iPadOS 16.0) or later, and with Android devices (version varies with device).

Wi-Fi: The SELPHY QX20 printer connects to your device via direct Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11 b/g) on the 2.4 GHz band. Up to 6 devices can be connected simultaneously.

Rechargeable Battery: The printer is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery. On a full charge, the battery has enough power to print approximately 20 sheets (depending on room temperature). The battery charges in approximately 80 minutes (at room temperature) using the included USB cable and a USB AC charging adapter (sold separately) with an output of 7.5 watts (5.0V, 1.5A) or more. If the battery is fully discharged, or if it has been idle for an extended period, charging the battery may take up to 4 hours.
