Not that fantastic

I was very excited to buy one and was planning to get 6 for each room instead of getting ceiling speakers but I wasn't impressed and for the cost i will get 1 sonos amp a d 2 nice speakers a d 1 small sub for just about the same amount.Only problem is when we move the ceiling speakers will have to stay behind put it will be worth it while we leave here.The return was very easy and super friendly.

Great speaker. Excellent sound quality for such an easy, clean system to set up. Deep bass and clean clear highs. No connection issues whatsoever. Love it for music and it's also our home theater system. I'll be ordering a second Phantom 2 for stereo pairing.

Pros: Easy, clean set-up/install. Loud, small, sound quality

Cons: Zero.

Amazing sound quality. Slightly difficult to set up with Apple products...but I did figure out on my own. I will buy a second unit to pair for stereo in my media room. Best sounding speaker I own!

Constant issues

I purchased this directly from devialet with their exteded devialet care package. I have spent 3 months trying to get support to follow through fixing my product. CONSTANT wireless issues. I have done numerous factory resets and a new router. It keeps dropping connection or overheating after 15 minutes of use! It sounds great but it is a zero for reliability. I have a google home max and a homepod and have ZERO connection issues with them or any other wireless product in my house! I wish I had the option to buy from crutchfield but they did not sell it at the time of purchase. Crutchfield will stand behind it but NOT DEVIALET. Devialet should sell their produts as-is Crutchfield 5 stars Devialet 0!

Pros: Sounds AMAZING (if it works)

Cons: **Support **and everything else. . ps..Try calling them before you buy! You wont get through or any help. That should be a serious red flag!

Thanks for your review. We ran this by Devialet and they told us that their U.S. Support manager is in direct contact with you. Their software team is working to identify the source of your wireless connectivity issues, so that they can fix the problem. They have assured us that they will replace your speaker if there is an issue with the hardware.
