Excellent customer service

I bought this because my Integra 70.6 AVR recently stopped sending video signals to my projector. I tried using a separate AVR plugged into the Integra's only working HDMI input, the Aux, as an "HDMI switch", but that didn't work. I plugged a DirecTV receiver, Tivo box, Amazon Fire HD Max, and Apple TV 4k into this Simplified Matrix. Then my 2 HDMI outputs were: Projector for video and the Integra AVR Aux input just for sound. I had to use the web interface to change settings because initially, I wasn't getting Dolby Atmos sound to my AVR or a 4K HDR signal to my projector. I ended up online chatting with Richard from the Simplified for almost 2 hours trying to work things out ..... on a Saturday! I was surprised I was able to get any help at all on the weekend. Richard was very helpful and I think he is the main technical support guy because he told me he was going to work on a new firmware for my issue. I ended up getting mostly everything to work, except 7.2.4 sound for my setup, but I haven't updated my firmware yet. BTW you need Fing to find the IP address to change its settings. One star off because the front blue lights are crazy bright in a dark home theater without option to dim, occasionally my screen flickers a pink screen for a split second that is annoying, and there's a 2-3 second video delay when the signal changes like during commercial breaks while watching streaming shows. Otherwise it works and saved me $3-4K in buying another 11 channel AVR.

Pros: works to replace nonworking HDMI inputs in $$$$ AVR, A++++ customer service

Cons: bright blue lights, occasional pink screen flicker, video delay when signal changes
