The SoundTube SUBSCAPE 12 delivers deep bass as part of an outdoor sound system, and it's designed to be partially buried, so it blends into your landscaping. Its 12" woofer handles up to 300 watts, and it's protected by a rugged enclosure with a weatherproof port cap, so it can stand up to the elements year-round.

A built-in 70-volt transformer lets you install this sub along with multiple speakers as part of a commercial audio system.

Features

Overview: The SoundTube Subscape 12 is a direct-burial, 12" landscape subwoofer designed to provide deep, rich bass for your yard or garden area. The Subscape 12 includes a built-in 70V transformer for commercial applications, and an 8Ω bypass for use with "standard" amplifiers.

Design & Installation: The SoundTube Subscape 12 features a 12" subwoofer driver mounted inside a durable, in-ground enclosure. The enclosure's bandpass design can deliver deep, low-end extension, with only the enclosure's weatherproof port cap and port tube being visible above the ground. The port cap features a down-facing opening that's protected by heavy screen mesh to keep out dirt and insects.

Power: The Subscape 12 landscape subwoofer can handle up to 300W (RMS) and 600W (peak) power. Connection to the enclosure is done through an installed section of bare-ended speaker wires that are protected by a heavy-duty outer sheath. The Subscape's input wires can also be easily daisy-chained with a variety of full-range landscape speakers (sold separately).
