Superior Picture Quality from a Trusted Brand

Samsung is an established and trusted brand, which is one of the main reasons I decided to go with the QN50QN90F. The clarity and sharpness of the picture are simply outstanding-it's like bringing the movie theater into your living room. Every detail is vivid, and the color accuracy is top-notch. Truth be told, it was my wife who really pushed for this purchase. She's always admired Samsung TVs for their design, performance, and especially their picture quality-and now I see why. The sleek appearance fits perfectly in our space, and the viewing experience has exceeded our expectations. Whether we're watching a movie or streaming shows, this Samsung model delivers a truly immersive experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade to a premium TV. We couldn't be happier with our decision!

Caveat Emptor

Great sound and picture. Setup somewhat difficult and using the different functions are much more complicated than on earlier Samsung TV's. The biggest disappointment for me is that I can't download the MLB app to watch baseball. In order to do that I need an add on so I am purchasing an Amazon fire stick to be able to download and use an app I have had for many years now. Samsung customer service told me it may be another 7 months before it will be available - totally unsatisfactory! Samsung suggested I return this set and get the previous years model, a poor move on their part. Beware and ask questions about new units you may want to consider. I called Crutchfield, who has an outstanding sales team, customer service and technical support team and they were unaware of this problem. This is a sad situation and very frustrating.
Pros: Great sound and picture.
Cons: Frustrating that Samsung didn't make all available apps compatible with this unit. Navigating all the functions is a lot different than on earlier units and is on a learning curve. Hope I can master it rather quickly.

A beautiful picture with vivid colors, easy to set-up; definitely recommend!! I was thoroughly surprised the screen was not damage as the box was damaged on both ends, and retro-taped closed across the top of the box when received.
