Cheap Plastic and Alignment OFF!

Your choice is either a frame from Samsung which is affordable or a custom frame from an online company that makes them for Frame TVs which are beautiful, but totally unaffordable. The frame bezels are extremely cheap plastic and break easily when one inserts the cheap plastic corner holders in back. My experience is that the bottom left hand corner would not line up properly by sticking out. Crutchfield's excellent customer service and support shipped me a replacement. Unfortunately, the exact same problem occurred which was disappointing. In order to improve the problem, I used a piece of scotch tape on the underside section of the frame to hold it better in place. Samsung should be ashamed for selling an inferior product. By the way, my 2019 model was made out of heavy duty metal which worked perfectly. Samsung should take pride in their products and not try to compromise quality for higher profit margins.

i really didn't want to remove the frame tv from the wall to install the bezel so it made it a little more difficult to install the way i did and the corners are not on perfectly but it is hard to notice. i used painter's tape (most convenient at the time) to slide the corner pieces (that hold the bezels together) into position then pushed on the tv corners until they clicked one at a time. the corners aren't perfect, i assume because of that, but hard to notice from the front. *my guess is removing the tv would have made it easier to install (minus the tv re-hang part) and more perfectly clicked together.* the simulated "stain" color is a little darker than i had expected from seeing pics. i was hoping it would match a lighter colored teak veneer i had on another item in the room but nothing is perfect. the reason for the average rating is it should be cheaper and it should be designed to install while on the wall. also, i almost stepped on one of the bezel pieces after dropping it while taking it out of the packaging and i could see it being way too fragile to stay intact had i actually stepped on it. the price should be more like $39 at most, imo.

Cons: price, needs on wall install friendliness, fragile, tv should come with at least one bezel
