Not perfect for an Optima

Im sure this is a fine mount. Just didn't work to well with my Optima. I had to return it and pick up another made for the optima. Customer service was amazing handling this!! I give the 10 stars!!!

Kanto ceiling mount

Get something nicer unless you're really strapped

Probably worth spending a little more money. It does what it says, mounts your projector to a surface. The problem comes with fine tuning the exact position of the projector. When you move it, it has a tendency to go back to the last position that it had settled at. You have to go past your mark and try to guess where it will end up. Very annoying. But you say, "Ok, I only have to set it once, no big deal!" It also has a tendency to settle over time. There is a nut to tighten/loosen the articulation point but it doesn't work well. It does get a bonus star for being relatively cheap.

Easy install

I had to change the arms out for an Epson 3800. Very easy to follow the instructions on how to do it. They provide install instructions in several different languages.
