Features

TV Compatibility: The Kanto PMX700 full-motion wall-mount bracket supports 42" to 100" flat-panel TVs that weigh up to 150 lbs. The TV must also meet the following VESA and screw size requirements.

  • VESA Sizes: 200x100mm to 700x500mm
  • Screw Size: M5, M6, or M8

Note: Additional hardware may be required for your specific model of TV. For example; shorter or longer screws, thicker or slimmer washers or spacers. These additional accessories can often be found at your local hardware store.

Solid Steel Construction: The Kanto PMX700 full-motion TV wall-mount bracket is constructed out of solid steel and features a black powder-coated finish.

Full-Motion Design: The Kanto PMX700 features a full-motion design that accommodates a variety of TV viewing positions. The PDX650 offers extension, tilt, and swivel.

  • Extension: The PMX700 easily reaches out over mantels or out of recessed locations with 31.3125" of extension. When fully retracted the low-profile design of the PMX700 sits your TV only 2.625" from the wall.
  • Swivel: You can swivel your mounted TV 90° to the left or right to achieve the best viewing angle regardless of where you are sitting in the room. The maximum swivel range will depend on the screen size of your TV. Smaller screen sizes will have a greater swivel range, while bigger screen sizes will have a smaller swivel range.
  • Tilt: The bracket lets you effortlessly tilt your TV 12° forward or 3° backward for a better viewing angle when your TV is mounted above or below eye level. The maximum tilt range will depend on the screen size of your TV. Smaller screen sizes will have a greater tilt range, while bigger screen sizes will have a smaller tilt range.

Integrated Cable Management: Four cable management channels located on the bottom of each mounting arm help to route your cables up to your TV and keep your viewing area looking neat.

Dual-Stud Installation: The Kanto PMX700 full-motion TV wall-mount bracket can accommodate up to 24" stud spacing, and comes with all the hardware you need for wood stud and concrete installation. Tools required for installation include -

  • Drill
  • 1/4" bit (wood), 5/8" bit (masonry)
  • Socket wrench
  • Nut driver
  • Phillips screwdriver
  • Hammer
  • Stud finder
  • Level
  • Pencil
  • Tape Measure

Installation Adjustments: The PMX700 offers Horizontal Offest, allowing you to center your TV on the wall regardless of where your studs are located by adjusting the mount's articulating arm assembly 11" left or right. You can also raise and lower (+/-3°) the the sides of the TV to make sure the television is level once it is mounted on the wall.

Customer Q&A

3 questions already asked

Q
I have a question regarding the Kanto PMX700. This customer said that it does not pivot (left/right) when fully extended. If that is the case, what is the max extension point from the wall and which will allow it to pivot? And what is that pivot range? Thank you!

A
Due to the dual-arm design of this mount, it is difficult to provide precise swivel (pivot) ranges at specific distances of extension. Our advisors are happy to help with exploring our options for other wall-mounts to accommodate your needs. Please reach out to us via online chat or phone at 1-800-324-9695.

Q
Can this be mounted to standard separated (studs at 16 inch) 3 (three) studs (instead of the customary 2) to be able to spread the weight better ? This means the back main load bearing beam must be at least 3x16 (48) inches wide ?

Michael is correct that this mount is not designed to attach to three studs; only 2 studs.

Playing at being "Tim the Tool Man"? ;-) From the product overview: 32-7/16"W x 19-11/16"H x 2-5/8"-31-3/8"D So, no, you cannot do what you propose. Though I see no reason to. The supplied lag screws are a good size. I have mine installed with 4 lags on two studs and have a 65-inch TV mounted without issue even with the TV fully extended from the wall. That said, I was very particular to be absolutely sure I was in the middle of the studs (ensuring that I did not split a stud) and drilled the proper sized pilot hole to the proper depth. Do the same and you're good to go. This is a great wall mount. It is well engineered and the articulation is great. You will not be sorry. Regards
