Great stands for larger desk speakers
andrew from WASHINGTON, DC on 6/26/2025
Simple, sturdy, functional. These are a single piece of stamped steel with a powder coating and thin foam that cushions the stands and helps prevent the stands and your speakers from sliding around. No assembly required unless you decide to secure your speakers with a screw; I have not bothered. They're easily strong enough for a speaker the size of Kanto's YU6 or Audioengine A5+ wireless (pictured here). I like the angle. Highly recommended.

Solid, well padded and attractive.
Blaine from Findlay, OH on 10/18/2024
I was able to purchase these as an open box item and save a few dollars. Yes, the Kanto S6 stands are pricey, but you won't find a better desktop stand. They are solid, well padded, and attractive, and they tilt your speakers at a 16 degree angle which makes them sound much better. They can handle a fairly large speaker, up to 20lbs. I am using them with my KEF 150 speakers and they provide a very solid and stable base. I highly recommend them.

These are awesome heavy well made stands to help them elevate and direct the sound at your ears. I did not want the bigger ones for my computer desk they would have been cool but overwhelming on my setup.
Pros: Well made have and Kanto speakers attach to the bottom Securely
Cons: Expensive price but you get what you pay for

Solid and worth the price!
Crutchfield customer from Sparta, NJ on 9/10/2021
Very solidly built. Perfect together for my center speaker. I actually have my center speaker on the top of a cabinet over my TV pointing downward so I am using these a little differently than intended. They work great.

Great stands.
Crutchfield customer from Lincolnton, NC on 8/9/2021
These stands are very well made. They look fantastic with my Audioengine HDP6s sitting on them. The slotted hole in the center matched up with the screw hole in the bottom of the speakers. I'm using this setup as TV speakers after retiring my 20+ year old original Definitive BP10s. I needed to make room for a new TV console.

Useful with my Dolby Atmos speakers
Crutchfield customer from Somerset, NJ on 7/14/2021
I got this pair of Kanto S6 speaker stands to use in a somewhat unorthodox way. I am using them to increase the angle of my Dolby Atmos speakers so as to direct their sound under/past a soffit in my living room which they are placed under. I initially wasn't sure if these would be able to hold my 6.5 pound PSB Imagine XA speakers. These stands appeared "spindly" to me in the photos. But when I learned that they were 3 pounds each and could hold speakers up to 20 pounds, I had to give them a try. The S6's definitely hold my PSB's with no problems at all and are very stable.

Stands for a reason!!
Crutchfield customer from Minneapolis, MN on 6/18/2021
Well made and solid stands. Make a real difference to just having them on a flat table. They isolate and elevate what is already excellent separation and soundstage from these speakers.

Well made. Solid construction. Speakers look dramatically more professional when mounted on these stands. Much improved audio "projection" verses just sitting flat. Very nice addition to an already great sounding speaker.

Crutchfield customer from Northampton, PA on 2/15/2021
These work perfectly for my Klipsch R-14Ms. If your speakers are close to the weight limit of the S4 stands, I think it makes sense to go up a size, especially if you have an eye to a powered set (or going a bit bigger). These seem pretty durable and don't really have any give, nor do they shake/wobble when the desk gets bumped.
Pros: Stands do angle things correctly for a computer desk setting
Cons: No aluminum option like other models in the line

Awesome stands for the audioengine A5s
Crutchfield customer from Waltham, MA on 12/16/2020
These are an excellent alternative to the foam blocks offered by audioengine. They look really nice when paired with the gloss white speakers. Build quality is excellent and they come with hardware to essentially anchor the speaker down with the bottom mount. I don't think that is needed given the weight of the speakers. Not much more I can think of that you'd want in a desktop speaker stand. Highly recommended.
Pros: Heavy, Great Build Quality, High Quality Finish, Attractive
Cons: None
