Product Research

Features

Overview: The eufy RoboVac X10 Pro Omni (T2351112) is a combination robotic vacuum cleaner and mop with powerful suction to pick up pet hair, dirt, and debris. The MopMaster™ 2.0 system cleans your floors with dual rotating mop pads and 1 kg of downward pressure, leaving them spotless. Its iPath™ Laser Navigation accurately scans your rooms and builds a virtual map of the floor layout, including obstacles to avoid. Built-in AI.See technology is capable of identifying and avoiding over 100 different objects, such as wires, toys, and shoes. The X10 Pro Omni comes with the Omni All-in-One Station. The robotic vacuum cleaner is 12-7/8" x 13-5/8" and 4-1/4" tall, and weighs a little over 10 pounds.

Vacuum Cleaner: The X10 Pro Omni is a self-propelled, automatic vacuum cleaner that travels around your room cleaning up dirt and debris. You can choose from several cleaning modes from the Eufy Clean app or the onboard control. The top-mounted 360° LiDAR Navigation Sensor helps the RoboVac determine where the walls and obstacles are in the room. Six drop sensors watch out for stairs and other steep drops. The vacuum has the capability of climbing thresholds up to 21mm (0.83") in height. A single side brush and a rubber and bristle roller brush sweep the dirt into the suction inlet on the bottom, while the ultra-powerful 8000 Pa of suction pulls the dirt into the vacuum. When the cleaning job is completed, the RoboVac returns automatically to the charging base. RoboVac X10 Pro Omni is ideal for cleaning hardwood, tile, and laminate floors, as well as medium-pile carpets (vacuum only). It is not recommended for high-pile carpets or very dark-colored carpet. Available cleaning modes include:

  • Home Cleaning: Pressing the power button on the top of the unit starts the RoboVac in Home Cleaning mode. This mode is also selectable in the Eufy Clean app. Home Cleaning mode optimizes its cleaning path by selecting different cleaning modes automatically until cleaning is complete.
  • Room Cleaning: After a map of your home is completed, your house is automatically divided into several rooms in the Eufy Clean app. You can also manually customize the room settings in the app. To start Room Cleaning mode, select the desired room in the app, and the RoboVac will clean only that room and return to the charging base.
  • Zone Cleaning: In the Eufy Clean app, you can draw one or more customized rectangular zones on the map, and RoboVac will clean those areas when directed.
  • Spot Cleaning: The X10 Pro Omni intensively cleans a specific 4.9' square area, where there is a particularly concentrated area of dust and debris.

Omni Station: The X10 Pro Omni comes with the Omni All-in-One Station which holds up to 60 days of dust and debris, and keeps the RoboVac charged. After cleaning, the vacuum returns to the Omni Station, where powerful suction pulls the dirt from the dust box into the 2.5-liter dust bag. When the dust bag becomes full, it can be removed and thrown away. The Omni Station also contains a 3-liter clean water tank and a dirty water tank for mopping. After mopping, the mopping pads are automatically cleaned and dried with 113°F heated air to prevent bad odor and bacteria. The Omni Station also charges the RoboVac between cleanings. Dimensions: Width 14.375", Height 18.25", Depth 11.75" (18.5" w/base ramp).

Hair Detangling: The Omni Station is equipped with with a Pro-Detangle Comb to automatically removes hair. When the roller brush becomes entangled in hair, the comb flips down and the brush rotates in reverse to loosen and remove the hair.

Mopping Mode: The RoboVac X10 Pro Omni includes dual rotating mop pads that easily gets rid of stains, leaving your floors clean and shiny. The pads rotate at 180 rpm while exerting 1 kg (2.2 pounds) of pressure to deep clean your floors. The mop twists back and forth when it's mopping along a wall in order to reach right up to edges. The 3-liter clean water tank holds enough water to clean a 1500-2000 square foot area 2-3 times. After mopping, the pads are also washed and dried while docked. The X10 Pro Omni automatically detects when it is on carpet, and raises the mopping pads approximately 12mm (almost 1/2") to help keep the carpets dry during a mopping run.

iPath Laser Navigation: The RoboVac X10 Pro Omni uses iPath Laser Navigation to clean in a zig-zag pattern. It uses a LiDAR sensor to scan the surroundings, create a map, navigate, and clean the floors, all at the same time. iPath also enables the vacuum to save multiple maps to use for future cleaning sessions.

A.I. Map 2.0: After letting the RoboVac X10 Pro Omni fully charge, you can start the initial Auto Cleaning cycle. The vacuum will roam your house, cleaning the floors as it goes, and return to the charging base. As it travels, the onboard Laser Sensor and drop sensors will use the A.I.Map 2.0 algorithm to create and save a virtual map of your home, with the rooms divided accordingly. During this initial cleaning, you should remove objects that may interfere with the RoboVac, and open the doors to the rooms you want cleaned. It is important not to move the RoboVac, or control it manually, while it is cleaning and mapping. For areas near fireplaces or air vents, you should put down Boundary Strips, available from the manufacturer, to prevent the vacuum from crossing into those areas. You can also set up Virtual Walls and No-go Zones in the app for areas you do not want the RoboVac to go. If you have floors on muliple levels to clean, the RoboVac can clean and map out the floors and save up to 3 maps in the Eufy Clean app, and locally on the machine. The app's Multi-map Saving switch should be turned on, otherwise, only one map can be saved locally on the machine.

Precautions: RoboVac X10 Pro Omni is not recommended for vacuuming in wet areas. Power cords on the floor in the should be bundled up with wire ties to prevent entanglement. You should fold tasseled edges of area rugs underneath to prevent them from getting tangled in RoboVac's brushes. Areas with clearances under 4-1/4" should be blocked with a physical barrier to prevent RoboVac from getting stuck. Anti-drop sensors will prevent RoboVac from tumbling down stairs or steep drops. Sensors become less effective when they get dirty, or if used on carpeted, reflective, or very dark floors. A boundary strip should be used in those cases.

Voice Alerts: RoboVac X10 Pro Omni is equipped with several Voice Alerts that will notify you when RoboVac has a problem. Many of the voice alerts are prompted by an impediment preventing the vacuum to move (front bumper stuck, wheel stuck, device trapped, wheel suspended). Other voice prompts involve battery issues (low battery, charging base is blocked, battery error). The Voice Alerts will continue periodically until the issue is resolved.

Suction Power: RoboVac has a maximum of 8000Pa (Pascal) of suction power at its highest setting to pull dirt into the dust chamber. There are four power levels: Quiet, Standard (default), Turbo, and Maximum. When BoostIQ is enabled in the Eufy Clean app, the RoboVac will automatically increase the suction power if it detects more power is needed for effective cleaning. BoostIQ is ideal for hard-to-sweep messes or thicker carpets.

Eufy Clean App: The RoboVac X10 Pro Omni is equipped with Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n - 2.4GHz band). The Eufy Clean app (formerly known as the EufyHome app) lets you control the RoboVac with your smartphone or tablet. With the app, you can start, pause, and stop cleaning. You can also schedule RoboVac to start cleaning at a particular time, or regularly clean on a schedule. The Eufy Clean app is available from Google Play for Android devies 5.0 and up, and from the App Store for iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 12.0 or later.

Voice Assistant Control: RoboVac X10 Pro Omni can be controlled with voice commands if you have Amazon Alexa or the Google Assistant.

Rechargeable Batteries: The RoboVac X10 Pro Omni is powered by two 14.6-volt, 2400mAh, 35.04Wh Lithium-Ion rechargeable batteries (C0914E1). The batteries charge whenever the vacuum cleaner is docked in the Omni Station. The Station should be placed on a level surface and against a wall. Objects should be removed within an area 1.6 feet to either side and 4.9 feet in front of the opening of the charging dock. The RoboVac automatically returns to the Station at the end of a cleaning cycle, or when the battery is running low. Battery life estimates are as follows:

Suction Mode Vacuum Vacuum + Mop
Quiet 210 minutes 150 minutes

Standard

170 minutes 130 minutes
Powerful 130 minutes 100 minutes
Max 100 minutes 90 minutes

Regular Maintenance: Regular maintenance will improve the performance and extend the life of the RoboVac. The dust box and filters should be cleaned once a week. The side brush, brush guard, rolling brush, sensors, swivel wheel, and charging pins should be cleaned once a month. The dirty water tank should be emptied and cleaned when it becomes full. The mopping pads, filter, side brush, and brush guard should be replaced every three to six months, or when visibly worn.
