Good camera if you have access to power + no subscriptions!

Good camera if you have an electrical outlet in a convenient spot to power it. Learning how to tweak all the settings to avoid nuisance Events and get it to capture what I want. I live on the edge of town near some woods and have frequent four legged visitors. I was going to buy a deer/wildlife camera, but decided for about the same $ I should just get a security cam since it can do both + I have a place where I can get power and not have to mess with batteries and recharging. Seems so far to capture movement, I've seen a family of raccoons and a neighbors' cat after a few days. Mounting is easy, using the mobile app seems ok, once you understand where to access the options. The manual seems fine also. Cord provided was plenty long for me to reach an outlet and my desired mounting location. A key reason I bought this is it doesn't require a subscription to access the features and the price was reasonable. Eufy's website isn't easy to use, finding information on the specific product you're interested in takes more clicks than you think it should. Also couldn't find any detailed specifications for the camera.

It was easy to set up and use. The beta, pet recognition, program seems to work pretty well. It would be better for me if the sound recognition could be turned down even more.

Pros: LED light is a nice added feature.

Cons: Sound recognition is a little too sensitive.

Puppy Camera

I have been using this camera to remotely monitor a litter of puppies, and it has worked great. The setup was simple and quick, the images are sharp and smooth, and the yips and barks come through loud and clear. I also like the hold to speak feature so I can talk to my bitch if needed. I did have to manually reset it after a t-storm, it would be nice to be able to reset remotely if needed. Overall I am very pleased with the camera and would recommend it for a simple security cam.
