Features

Vulcan Amp Stand: The Pangea Vulcan Amp Stand provides a solid support for power amps, monoblock amps, and other heavy gear at just the right height. Thanks to the unique design of the Vulcan Amp Stand, it is extremely stable and strong in addition to being acoustically neutral.

Open-Air Design: The Pangea Vulcan Amp Stand's open-air design is great for electronic components and gear. The design maximizes component ventilation and makes it easy to install or remove gear.

Rigid Construction: The dense 0.625" (thick) MDF shelf is wrapped in a special vinyl material in black, rosenut, carbon fiber, or espresso finish that is very easy to clean and resists scratching, scuffing, and most liquids. The front and sides of the shelf are contoured for a streamlined look. Its four steel support tubes feature scratch-resistant and resonance-resistant black or silver sand powder coat paint. The steel bolt-together design creates a super strong and ultra rigid stand.

Cone Feet & Spikes: The Vulcan Amp Stand features innovatively designed cone point feet and spikes. The steel floor spikes go all the way through the cones and into the bottom shelf tubes for greater strength and better energy transfer from the rack into the floor. The tapered cones are made of a very durable polymer, which dampens vibrations between the steel floor spikes and the steel rack tubes.

Note: The spike feet can scratch or damage wood, tile, laminate, and vinyl flooring. There are no protective discs or alternative feet included to protect floors.

Dimensions & Weight: The Vulcan Amp Stand's overall dimension are 23.8125" wide, 6" high, and 18" deep. The usable shelf dimensions between the leg supports are 19.375" wide and 11" deep. The Amp Stand can support up to 72 lbs.

I recently purchase my third stand from you, I move nkw to upgrade my equipment. I am wondering if the next amp weight is 90 lbs? Will this Vulcan support?

It may, but I would probably opt for their stand with the cross bracing to be sure. That supports up to 120 lbs.

Can the steel spikes be removed and/or replaced with rubber feet for use on hardwood floors ?
