Great Addition

Fairly easy install with the soft top. Putting the top down made it easier. Immediately improved the sound of the six speaker system even without doing the ForScan mod.

Does the job

Very easy to install them to the roll bar. Limited instructions on best placement of the outgoing wiring and cover to ensure easy of attaching to roll bar.

Hit a few snags on install, but that was mostly user error. Nice plug and play once connected. HUGE improvement from the OEM

Ssv pods meh

Meh Mediocre. Fit is a little wonky and angle of the speaker is towards the back of the back seats which is odd. Speaker terminal wire attachements are too big and do not fit kicker negative terminal's properly had to modify. Other than that they're ok I guess. Probably better options. Just my opinion.

It fits as it's supposed to but the ABS material seems a bit flimsy as does the single tiny screw that holds the trim piece that covers the wires. I'm sure it's just a matter of time until these get bumped & break off. All & all, it's OK, just would have liked a more sturdy connection for the trim piece.

Ford Bronco Rollbar Upgrade

I deployed these in my 2023 Ford Bronco with 10 speaker B&O system. The speaker pods from SSV are super easy to install and have a very similar to OEM design. The included installation instructions were generally high quality. The pods fit the 6.5" Kickers I bought to replace the 4" OEM and noticed an immediate difference even without adding an amplifier. Only deviation I had to the standard install process was that I added some kilmat sound deadening to the inside prior to mounting the speakers.

The quality of the product is definitely not worth the high price. The other problem is that Focal 6.5 inch speakers with the speaker screen do not fit because of the top edge design. I returned the item.

Needs improvement

I was able to fit some focal 6.5 speakers. But there is bad quality control on the units. The wire cover does not stay on. The clips on the sides of it are basically useless and the one screw at the top doesn't hold well either. Currently mine are being held on by some tape till I figure out a solution to secure them better.

Great addition to finish off my car audio

I highly recommend these to anyone with a Bronco looking to get larger speakers in the rear. They are the same quality (if not better) than factory, look and fit like they belong and were very easy to install.
