Carbon Steel Construction: The Wharfedale Aura 2 Speaker Stands feature high-carbon steel construction for the top-plate, base, and upright post. The high-carbon steel is ultra-rigid and provides a sturdy platform for your speaker.

Robust Spike Feet with Protective Discs: The Wharfedale Aura 2 Speaker Stands feature include robust high-carbon steel spike feet, as well as protective discs. The spikes should be used on carpeted flooring. The protective discs slip under the spike feet and provide safe placement on hardwood, tile, laminate, and vinyl flooring. The robust spike feet and discs isolate the stand and your mounted speaker from the floor preventing unwanted vibration, distortion, and coloration of sound.
