Overview: The Shadow-Caster SCM-AL-MINI-NEON-08 marine LED Light Strip lets you add RGB lighting to a wide variety of areas in your marine craft, such as around hatches, under shelving, inside compartments, and more. The Neon Light Strip features an integrated light diffuser, creating pleasant continuous illumination that can be in direct view. The 8' LED light strip is protected by a silicone jacket that resists bumps and scrapes, and is flexible for easy installation.

Mounting: The SCM-AL-MINI-NEON-08 light strip can be cut down to fit a particular area. Segments can be cut at 0.98" (25mm) intervals along the light strip. Aluminum cable clips are included for securing the light strip, with enough provided to place every 12", along with two rubber end caps. The LED light strip can also be attached to a flat surface using its 3M adhesive backing.

Power & Control: The Shadow-Caster MINI NEON LED light strip features an attached 20' section of 4-conductor wire for powering it. Each wire is color-coded for easy identification, with Black connecting to a +12VDC power source, and Red, Green, and Blue requiring a ground (-) to produce each respective color. The LED light strip can be hardwired to a power/ground source, for simple one-color operation, or used with an optional Shadow-Caster marine LED controller, such as the SCM-SWITCH which lets you control the color, or the SCM-ZC-Kit for controlling the color as well as the dynamics (flashing, color-rotation, etc.).
