Overview: The HoMedics Real Relief Leg & Foot Massager (FMS-340H) combines three different therapies to deliver soothing relief to aching legs and feet. Air compression for your calves, and Shiatsu massage and heat for your feet, provide targeted relief for your lower extremeties. Using the wired remote control, you can choose from two modes and two intensity levels of air compression therapy, plus one level of heat, and one level of massage therapies. The Leg & Foot Massager is powered by the included AC adapter. The massage platform is 12" x 12-3/4", and the leg cuffs extend 18" above the platform. It weighs 5.3 pounds. The Massager can be placed in the included fabric storage bag when not in use.

Therapies: The Leg & Foot Massager lets you apply three different therapies to your feet and legs as you sit comfortably in your chair or seat. Simply place your feet on the 3-1/2" tall massage platform and wrap the left and right massage cuffs around your legs. The Perfect Fit adjustable strapping system lets you fit the cuffs to your calf size (up to 21" in circumference) with the hook-and-loop fasteners. The massager has a remote control on a 41" cable for selecting one or more of the following therapies:

• Shiatsu Massage: The massage platform is equipped with two sets of four rotating massage nodes, plus six stationary nodes at the heel to provide deep-kneading shiatsu massage to the soles of your feet. The rotating nodes reverse direction to emulate the massage method of an actual masseuse. You can vary the amount of foot pressure you apply to the massager depending upon the sensation it provides. Using the wired remote, you can turn the Shiatsu Massage therapy on or off.
• Air Compression: To massage your calves, you can apply 360° Air Compression therapy from two air bags on each side that inflate and deflate independently, according to the selected Massage Mode. There are two intensity levels of compression (low and high), and two Air Compression modes.
• Heat: To enhance your leg and/or foot massage therapy, you can add soothing heat to the Shiatsu massage and Air Compression Calf Massage. As a safety feature, you cannot use the heat function alone.

Power: The Real Relief Leg & Foot Massager has a 3" power pigtail exiting the left side of the massage platform. It has a male DC barrel connector. The included AC adapter has a 6' DC power output cord that plugs into the massager's pigtail to power the massager. The adapter plugs into a standard 120-volt electrical outlet.
