Overview: The Nanoleaf LED Light Therapy Face Mask uses the healing properties of light to trigger your skin's natural healing processes. LED Light Therapy, also called photobiomodulation, uses different wavelengths of light to stimulate skin cells. The mask offers seven different therapy modes, each using a different color of light, to treat a wide variety of skin conditions. Therapy takes only minutes with visible results in 4 to 6 weeks. The LED Face Mask comes with a rechargeable controller and USB charging cable.
Construction: The Light Therapy Mask is equipped with 108 individual LED bulbs, each with 4 LEDs of different wavelengths, including deep penetrating Near Infrared (NIR) light. The mask is made of medical-grade silicone, and has wide hook-and-loop straps to fit the mask over your face. Two eye socket protectors are included to block the light from your eyes. The included controller houses a rechargeable battery that powers the mask and buttons for selecting the therapy mode and timer. The mask connects to the controller via an attached 39" cord.
LED Light Therapy: LED Light Therapy (Photobiomodulation) uses light of different wavelengths to improve the efficiency of your skin cells. Treatments: The mask is designed to be used on completely clean, dry bare skin. Skincare products could potentially block the effects of the light and reduce the efficacy of the treatment. It is recommended that you use the mask for 5-10 minutes at a time, 3 to 5 times per week. A 5-minute treatment offers a moderate dosage that is sufficient for most skincare routines. For deeper penetration, a 10-minute treatment at full intensity may be needed for more severe conditions. Additional minutes can be added via the controller (up to 30 total). With consistent use, you should see a noticeable improvement in skin texture and tone within 4 to 6 weeks. Some initial improvements may be apparent in a couple of weeks. Full benefits of the therapy should be achieved after 8 to 10 weeks.
Controller: The Light Therapy Mask includes a handheld wired controller that also provides its power. The controller has three buttons: Power On/Off, Mode Selection, and Timer. The 1" (diagonal) display shows the available treatment modes and intensity levels as you cycle through the choices. The built-in timer counts down as your therapy session progresses.
Power: The Nanoleaf LED Light Therapy Face Mask is powered by a 5V 2500mAh rechargeable battery located in the controller. The battery completely charges in about 3.5 hours using the included 39" USB charging cable (USB-A to USB-C). Typical battery life is approximately 80 minutes per charge. You can monitor the battery level in the display. When the battery charge becomes depleted, the controller will beep for 2 seconds and the charging symbol on the display will flash.
