These handy connectors have binding posts in front, Speaker Snap lever locks in back, and pop into any standard keystone strap and wall plate.

When you're dealing with the tight space behind a wall plate, these Speaker Snap keystone binding posts can make your life easier. They pop into standard keystone insert decorator straps and wall plates, then use a patented lever snap design that provides a reliable, tool-free way to attach your speaker wire. The lever snap can accept 12- to 24-gauge wire.

Simply strip your wire back, give the strands a twist, insert it into the connector, and snap the lever down — you're ready to connect your speaker to the binding post. The gold-plated five-way binding posts give you connection flexibility — our favorite way is to use Speaker Snap banana connectors for quick, easy, and secure connections.

Speaker Snap Keystone Inserts: The Speaker Snap Keystone Inserts are designed to fit any standard keystone insert strap and wall-plate (sold separately). On the back of each Speaker Snap Keystone Insert is a tool-free, snap-lever design to connect your in-wall speaker wire (12-24AWG). On the front of each Speaker Snap Keystone Insert is binding-post terminal that will accept bare wire (up to 12AWG), spade-lugs, pin-connectors, and banana plugs. Gold-plated connectors are used for excellent signal transfer and resistance to corrosion. The Speaker Snap Keystone Inserts are color-coded (Red & Black) on the front and back to indicate positive or negative.

Open the snap lever on the back of Speaker Snap Keystone Insert.
Then, strip your in-wall speaker wire a 1/4" and insert into the Speaker Snap Keystone Insert.
Now, snap the lever on back of the Speaker Snap Keystone Insert with the in-wall speaker wire inserted to firmly secure the wire in place.
Plug the Speaker Snap Keystone Insert into your wall-plate (not included and sold separately) and mount the wall-plate.
Now you are ready to connect your speaker wire into the Speaker Snap Keystone Inserts front-mounted binding-post terminals using banana plugs, spade-lugs, pin-connectors, or bare wire (up to 12AWG).

Note: The Speaker Snap Keystone Inserts are available in a black or white finish and come in a 1 Pair (2-Pack), 2 Pair (4-Pack), 4 Pair (8-Pack), 6 Pair (12-Pack), 12 Pair (24-Pack), and 25 Pair (50-Pack).
