I have used another well known brand of washer fluid and brush, but I was truly amazed at the difference the Mobile Fidelity (MOFI) brush made on my old records. The short bristles actually get down into the bottom of the record V, and clean out the dust and debris not only dry, but with the Mobile Fidelity record wash, it gave my old albums new musicality.
Pros: Truly a fantastic brush, and the pad is replaceable.

This brush is designed to reach deep into grooves of discs and does so best when used with the MoFi product ONE. It works wonders and can be used with other wet cleaners or as a dry dust brush. It really helps keep vinyl in great shape.

Simple but useful

This brush is such a deceptively simple item, but it's incredibly useful if you play records regularly. It can be used to dry-brush a side before playing, which I do every single time. But it can also be used with MoFi's cleaning fluid to do a deeper wet cleaning from time to time.

Best Vinyl Brush Available

Super effective to clean groove. The handle is heavy, but gives a relatively good indication of the "perfect" amount of pressure. I love that the pad is replaceable and inexpensive. MoFi made a well thought out brush and we are extremely pleased with it.

Cons: Could be too heavy if you want to use a lot of pressure.

I had read many articles praising this brush, and was excited to order it to use with my record doctor cleaner. Well, after just one album, it started falling apart. By the second album, the entire pad had come off the rubber block. Not only that, but it leaves more dirt on the record than when started.lint and felt pieces. This was not cheap, and should hold up for what it's supposed to do. I should have read the reviews here, because it seems I am not alone. Crutchfield should stop carrying this trash. I now own a twenty dollar block of rubber

Used brush a few times and the brush came off the handle. Wasn't glued on properly. I used it with the Record Doctor V when it got wet with with the record cleaning solution the brush started peeling off. Not worth the money

Works well with the cleaning fluid Don't forget to force dry the microfiber brush with a hair dryer after significant use since together the fluid and brush lifts a considerable amount of dust and grime from a record surface Dry the micro fiber brush on a low heat setting and lightly brush off the surface dust with a soft nylon toothbrush to restore the cleaning brush fir next time
Pros: Best used with a light touch and works well with the matching cleaning fluid Combined the cleaning fluid and brush make a significant improvement to aged vinyl Clean grooves mean improved sound reproduction Heavily soiled vinyl needs alternate cleaning methods to manual cleaning Try ultrasonic cleaning records cleaning baths with the appropriate cleaning fluid Never use tap water guys The dry time of a washed vinyl album from your priceless collection is well worth the wait
Cons: Needs done TLC fir forced drying after heavy use or the micro fibers tend to clump and not release the burden of dust and grim removed from the vinyl grooves

I purchased the cleaning brush to go along with my Yamaha turntable. Now, I'm from the old school of antistatic guns and a shelf filled with cleaners and record preservatives. So, when I saw brush, I though it would be a nice prep to the wet cleaning, which it is. It also stands on its own, without the need to zap, spray and wipe afterwards. Very pleased.
