Compatibility: The DS18 SLG-UDSD6LD is an under-dash subwoofer enclosure with dual 6.5" subwoofers, designed to mount in select 2015-2019 Polaris Slingshot vehicles. The enclosure gets installed in the passenger side under-dash, providing high-output bass without sacrificing storage or factory aesthetics. The DS18 SLG-UDSD6LD under-dash enclosure is compatible with the following model Polaris Slingshot vehicles:

• 2015-2016: Base model, SL, SL LE
• 2017: Base model, SL, SL LE, SLR
• 2018: GT LE, S, SL, SLR, SLR LE
• 2019: GT, S, SL, SLR

Enclosure & Drivers: The SLG-UDSD6LD enclosure is constructed of durable polyethylene (PE) with UV protection. It carries an IP65 waterproof rating for added protection against moisture, dirt, and environmental hazards. The 0.3 cu. ft. sealed enclosure is internally dampened for optimized bass and low distortion. The two installed 6.5" subwoofers feature a non-pressed paper cone with a foam surround and a 1.5" voice coil. The two dual 4-ohm voice coil subs are wired in parallel to a single 1-ohm input connection. The enclosure can handle up to 600W RMS (1200 peak). Connection to the enclosure is made through a single 15" wire harness with tinned 12-gauge speaker wire.

Installation: An installation mounting bracket and hardware are included for installing the SLG-UDSD6LD enclosure under the passenger side dash. The mounting bracket will direct-fit 2017-2019 model Slingshots without the need for drilling or modifications. For 2015-2016 models, the factory screw holes will need to be widened using a 1/2" drill bit (not included) in order to mount the bracket.
