Brings my MartinLogan Motion XT F200 to their full potential!! Bought off the Outlet scratch and dent section, arrived on time and could not find any visual defects. Great High Current amp, I have other Rotel amps, 1 is over 15 years old and works like new.
Pros: provides plenty of power
Cons: Beast!! eat your wheaties

Beautiful clean and clear sound. I have other brand name amps but they are not this clear and clean sounding. Crutchfield is the best place to purchase your gear!!!
Pros: Sounds clear and clean with lots of power!
Cons: It is very heavy so be careful if you have to lift it.

Very pleased with the power from this amp. Driving set of infinity Kappa 9s without any issue. Speakers never sounded better.

Sleepless in Seattle

I don't know what to say at this point. I wanted to buy the best preamp and power amp for the money. I knew of Rotel's heritage and all the reviews were stellar. I made the purchase of the JBL 3800'S and could tell that they wanted POWER. Upon receiving the amp I was amazed how this brought these speakers to life. (WOW) I was a happy camper. Two days later, the power button was blinking and no sound so I turned it off. This happened two more times then the right channel was gone. I returned it back to the store and they ordered a new one . Waited 6 weeks. Fiinally it came in ! Got it home and ready to go. Everything about placement and hookup was perfect. Within 8-12 hours of use , the power button was blinking again ? Played perfectly 6 hours the next day. The following day, I turned it on and the left channel was gone. Ya I'm very upset. The first amp is still in service after 3 months. I have the RC 1590MKII and I want this amp because it was designed for this preamp. Together they are a match made in Heaven. I don't know why my power amps keep coming from HELL !

This is an amazing amp and works like a charm with our 350W pair of subwoofers! I have been purchasing from Crutchfield for years and they offer the best pre- and after-sales support. I highly recommend them and this Rotel Amp.

Best amp I have ever owned. I should have grabbed one a long time ago. I own an Anthem and Adcom that are flagships in their lineup. The RB-1590 beats both of them by mile and it does it with ease. I have looked at the RB-1590 for a while now. Couldn't make a decision because I'm not that familiar with Rotel products. That's all in the past now. This amp in particularly exceptional reproducing bass, midrange and treble without any coloration to everything I've listened to. Totally convinced that Rotel is the real thing. I am going to try their Diamond Series CD player too. I'm can't wait to hear listen to one of them. If the sound quality is anything close to their RB-1590, I might consider changing my entire system to Rotel products. If you're looking for an amplifier that will make a difference, this one will blow you away. Rotel is a great choice, and price is not so bad too.
Pros: Sound quality is exceptional. It doesn't get hot and there is no fan onboard.
Cons: Heavy and a little bulky. Eat your Wheaties to lift this one.

Awesome Two Channel Amp

So far I am really liking this two channel amplifier mated up to its relative, the 1590 Pre-Amp and an Arcam SACD player. I have a pair of custom Bache Audio Tribeca-001 towers that seem to like these types of AB Amps... I have tried different, premium XLR and speaker cables, and think I have found the right marriage. I also have a 400W Parasound JC5 which may be a little easier on the ears BUT is twice the price, AND not as heafty of a brute. I will give this some time to break in and try different music, but I am very happy with this purchase. If you like, clear, precise music, you will like this amplifier. More to come.

Rotel RB-1590

I´m very happy with this purchase. I connected this power amp with a Rotel Pre-amp RC-1572 and make a real good partnership. The system is running with a pair Cerwin Vega xls-215 and the noise is extraordinarily clear in both Hi-F and Low-F. Was a great choice.
