I installed these LED bulbs in December 2022 on my Cadillac ATS, which originally came with dim halogen bulbs in projector housings. The stock lights were almost useless at night under regular streetlights, only providing adequate visibility on pitch-black country roads. I tried numerous halogen bulbs that claimed to be brighter, but none made a noticeable difference. I even experimented with Philips LEDs, but their compromised beam pattern was unsafe. Two no-name brands from Amazon yielded the same disappointing results, despite triple-checking the installation. When I saw these bulbs on Crutchfield, I decided to give them a shot due to Crutchfield's excellent reputation. I trust they wouldn't sell subpar products, and I was right. These bulbs are fantastic! They're passively cooled, so there's no annoying fan noise or flickering, and the beam pattern perfectly replicates the original factory halogens. They're significantly brighter, not quite on par with factory HIDs or LEDs, but they've made a substantial difference in visibility and modernized my car's look. If you're looking for a drop-in LED retrofit, this is the only brand I'll recommend. I've had them installed for almost a year and a half with zero issues, even enduring -30°F winters and 100°F summers. The only downside was having to omit the factory dust covers due to the bulbs' size, but I haven't experienced any condensation problems.

Pros: Much brighter than factory halogen bulbs Retains the same factory beam pattern Passively cooled No flicker or error codes

Cons: Had to omit factory dust cover as bulbs were quite large, but I've had no issues with this so far
