About the OSD Forza-10 Outdoor Subwoofer

A subwoofer built for outdoor fun

The OSD Forza-10 subwoofer's antique bronze enclosure blends right in with your outdoor furniture.
A subwoofer built for outdoor fun
The OSD Forza-10 adds deep, musical bass to an outdoor sound system. Its 10" polypropylene woofer is contained in a good-looking enclosure with an antique bronze finish — it blends right in on the deck or by the swimming pool. A built-in eyebolt lets you tether it securely, so you can leave it outside and not worry that it will "get up and walk away."
Use a matching amp
The Forza-10 passive subwoofer does not have any kind of built-in crossover or amplification. It requires a dedicated subwoofer amplifier like the OSD SMP300 to power it.

Features
Overview: The OSD Forza-10 is an above-ground subwoofer designed for home landscape applications. The down-firing outdoor subwoofer can provide omnidirectional sound dispersion while easily blending in with your backyard, patio, garden, porch, or pool area.
Construction: The Forza-10 landscape subwoofer features a 10" polypropylene cone woofer mounted in a down-firing configuration inside a sealed impact-resistant, molded plastic enclosure. This combination provides deep bass in a wide dispersion area. The Forza-10 carries an IP66 weatherproof rating making it impervious to rain, snow, sprinklers, and high temperatures.
Power & Wiring: The Forza-10 subwoofer features a 14" section of 14-gauge speaker wire that exits through a sealed opening on the bottom of the subwoofer. The wire features a heavy-duty rubber jacket for added protection. The 4Ω subwoofer can handle up to 300W RMS (500W peak).
Landscape Mounting: The Forza-10 subwoofer is constructed with weatherproof components making it ideal for open outdoor spaces. It can be surface-mounted on a lawn or garden area, but for optimum performance, the outdoor subwoofer should be placed on a hard surface such as a patio, porch, or paved area. Two key-hole slots on the bottom of the enclosure can be used with the included nails to hold the subwoofer in place on a hard surface. An attached eye-bolt on the underside of the enclosure lets you anchor it in place for added security.
Note: The OSD Forza-10 subwoofer is weatherproof, but is not designed to be fully submerged in water.
