This cable uses solid (rather than stranded) oxygen-free copper (OFC) that allows for smooth, transparent, and virtually distortion-free signal flow for your music.

Twin-axial design

The Series 2A cable uses a precision-twisted, twin-axial design with dedicated positive and negative conductors, plus shielding that protects your signal from noisy interference. Its low-profile, aluminum-housed RCA connectors and lightweight, flat cable design further ensure clean, neutral signal transfer and easy installation.

Oxygen Free Copper (OFC): The Model 2A stereo RCA cable features 24AWG ultra-pure oxygen free copper (OFC) developed specifically for audio applications. Its OFC conductors are solid gauge to prevent grainy distortion caused by stranded wire.
Twin-Axial Design: Utilizing Tributaries' Twin-Axial cable design with dedicated conductors of equal impedance for positive and negative signals, the Model 2A RCA cables will benefit the performance of any unbalanced analog audio system. The Model 2A stereo RCA cable is also shielded to protect from noise entering the audio signal.
