Charging the AirPods: Apple AirPods (2nd Generation), when fully charged, give you approximately 5 hours of listening time and 3 hours talk time (1st generation AirPods provide 5 hours listening/2 hours talk time). The Wireless Charging Case stores enough power for multiple charges of the AirPods. With a fully charged case, plus fully charged AirPods, you get more than 24 hours of listening time. If you need a quick charge, just place the AirPods in the Wireless Charging Case for 15 minutes to get up to 3 hours of listening time, or 2 hours of talk time (or just over an hour talk time for 1st generation AirPods).

Charging the Wireless Charging Case: The Wireless Charging Case for AirPods is compatible with Qi Wireless Charging. Charging is as simple as placing the AirPods in the case, and placing the case face up on a Qi-compatible charging mat. The LED indicator on the front of the case lets you know the AirPods are charging. If no wireless charging pad is available, you can still plug in the case with an Apple Lightning cable. The AirPods and Charging Case will stop charging when the battery reaches 100%, and will trickle-charge to keep the devices at 100%.
