Overview: The PetSafe® Guardian® GPS Add-A-Dog® Collar (PIF00-17934) is a behavior-corrective dog collar that is compatible with Guardian GPS Dog Fences. The collar has a rechargeable battery, radio receiver, and training module that identifies preset pet boundaries and delivers corrective signals to your dog. The collar is designed for dogs weighing over 25 pounds with a neck size between 13" and 28" in circumference. Its rechargeable battery lasts for up to 5 days on a single charge. The Guardian GPS collar comes with a charger, long and short contact points, and a test light tool.

Receiver Collar: The Guardian GPS Collar comes with two pairs of interchangeable contact points that touch the neck of your dog. The Short contact points are used in most cases, while the Long contact points may be needed for dogs with long or thick fur. The collar fits dogs with neck sizes from 13 to 28 inches, and can be trimmed to fit. The receiver collar will vibrate and emit a warning tone when your pet approaches the boundary. If he gets closer to the perimeter, the collar will deliver a safe static correction through the contact points. You can choose from 10 levels of static correction or a tone and vibration only setting. The collar is completely waterproof, and can withstand any weather or splashing water.

Rechargeable Battery: The Collar is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery. The battery charges in approximately 2-4 hours, and each charge can last up to 5 days. The collar is charged using the included USB Wall Charger (5V / 2A) and magnetic charging cable. The cable is 2 feet in length, and has a special magnetic connector which attaches to the two charging contacts on the collar. The collar's LED provides information on the collar's battery charge and connection status.

Compatible Guardian GPS Dog Fences: The Add-A-Dog Collar is compatible with the Guardian GPS Dog Fence (PIF00-17933) and the Guardian GPS Connected Customizable Fence (PIF00-17777).

Guardian GPS System Features: The Guardian GPS Dog Fence uses GPS technology to keep your dog within the boundary you design. The system consists of the base unit, the MyPetSafe app on your phone, and up to 5 Add-A-Dog collars. You must also have a home Wi-Fi network for the system to operate. The base unit connects to your home network via your Wi-Fi network's 2.4 GHz, and to the collars through a two-way radio frequency (RF) link. The wireless range for the collars is approximately 300 feet. Using the MyPetSafe app (iOS 15.0+, Android 5.0+), you can perform the initial setup, change the collar correction settings, and monitor the collar's battery life.
