Overview: The Kurgo Tru-Fit Smart Harness (Enhanced Strength - v.3) helps keep your dog in place while riding in a vehicle. The harness attaches to your car seat belt system, and offers maximum crash protection. When not in the vehicle, you can use the smart harness as a walking harness with front and rear leash attachment points. It has an overhead design, so it's easy to put on your dog. The harness features five adjustment points for a perfect fit, and the wide padded chest plate provides extra protection and comfort. The Tru-Fit Smart Harness is protected by a Lifetime Warranty.
Crash Tested: The Tru-Fit Smart Harness is made of superior quality products with strong, stitched nylon straps and all steel buckles. It has been crash tested at an established University testing facility using Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards for child restraint systems. It has been tested for dogs up to 75 pounds. Versatility: The smart harness can be used in the vehicle or as a walking harness. In the vehicle, the included seat belt tether features a carabiner that attaches through the top layer of the harness' back strap, then to the buckled vehicle seat belt. As a walking harness, you can attach the leash to the D-ring on the front chest plate or the hitch on the rear back strap. The design helps deter your dog from pulling by redirecting them to one side or the other as you walk together, sending them back in your direction.
