Easy install on my 2018 4runner SR5. I had to replace a blown speaker and these used the same stock brackets. I didn't need to use the brackets and wiring harness that came with the speakers. If anyone is looking for a upgrade to their SR5 5th gen speakers I'd recommend the purchase.

Put these In my 2019 ram 1500 front and rear doors, and there's no distortion even at full blast Not amplified yet they don't really need to be they're the best speakers I've bought so far. Alpine blew me away with these. 11/10
Pros: No distortion, heavy base for stock head unit, very clean mids and highs. Worth the money.
Cons: None so far.

Theyre ok.

For a rear speaker set these are great. I have mine in a 1 cu ft per speaker box. They thump hard and low. Tweeters are way too harsh. I don't have 6x9 door speakers so I'm not sure how they sound in a door.

Great Upgrade

My initial thoughts of these speakers are that they sound better than the previous type Rs and they are probably currently my favorite speakers. Compared to the JBL stadium, I think these give off a more natural sound. The tweeter isn't over powering and the bass is sufficient. It's accurate but definitely not door rattling. I also prefer these over the JL c2 and Focal integration. I currently have these powered with a JL rd 4/400 and I couldn't be happier.
Pros: Produce a natural sound from tweeters that is not overpowering
Cons: If any the price

Amazing speakers, I had it with a skar amplifier 100watt per channel a d the sound wasn't the best. I decided to change for the alpine r2-a60f newest generation and it made a huge difference. Basically that amp was designed for those speakers exactly.
