Neat alternative to wall mount. One idea: would it be possible to have a taller version? The current design is just high enough over the console to work well.

Sturdy attractive stand.

I wanted a stand for my HDTV that would essentially let me wall mount the TV, but the apartment building I live in doesn't allow me to drill holes in the walls for a mount. This stand is the perfect solution. It is quite sturdy, allows me to hide all the cables from the TV, and puts the TV right on the wall. The cable management channel had room for 3 thin hdmi cables plus ethernet and power cord for the TV. Mounting the TV definitely requires two people to place the TV on its stand.

Pros: Sturdy Wall mount without harming wall Attractive minimalist design.
