First Crutchfield experience

Ordered a Salamander AV cabinet and the process was very simple and Crutchfield was very responsive in the entire process which was in stark contrast to another electronics store who it tried to order similar item and it took them 2 weeks to let me know that my order was cancelled and it took around 3 weeks and a couple of phone calls to get my credit card to be refunded

Pros: Salamander AV unit is heavy and strong

Cons: Tracking number wasn't in a link format and the delivery freight company wasn't listed so I had to call for the information
