Easier to wire than you think.

Great stuff, makes it simple to wire, all the colors were direct matches besides two, the speed sensor and the reverse sensor. But the other 14 wires were same to same color, plug and play, works great.

2013 Ram 1500 SLT

Was simple enough to install. I opted to solder all my connections together and heat shrink them. Was fairly straight forward. It is as simple as matching wire colors. Only thing is in the instructions it doesn't say if the wire is for memory, or power. But just match up the colors and it'll be fine. I only gave 4 stars because the 1/8" jack did not communicate to the onboard mic that came stock with the truck. The wire connector from this harness is different from the one that came with the new radio. So, It is possible that it would work, but maybe just not with the radio model I purchased.

My problem is it works when I take fuse out and put back in. After I stop truck for a few hours start it back up it doesn't work only when I pull fuse and put back in

Worth It!

I was skeptical, but the wiring interface worked perfectly and made the job of installing my new car stereo so much easier!

Best way to upgrade your stereo and keep your steeringbwheel controls

Make sure to inderstand the directions first and to set the radio bramd on the side of the unit. Butbone it was all soldered in it works fantastic. Big upgrade on a Kenwood unit and it retained my steering wheel controls.

It was good Bo the sales rep was a little skeptical about me buying it he told me it was not recommend for my truck I informed him that I had one in the truck already with an aftermarket stereo received The day I was told it would be here installed it got my stereo back in my truck would like to thank bo again. PAC failed to include instructions on how to set the year on the 2014 Ram Promaster dash. After Crutchfields customer support had several calls into PAC they finally gave up the proper instructions.

Ram interface!

The interface helped me get my 2016 Ram to link up with a Binize 9.1 Android Stereo. It connected to my stock radio wiring and provided power, radio, internet, Bluetooth, WiFi and a sub-woofer. I still can not get it to work with an aftermarket backup camera. First, I brought another interface and nothing worked after three days of trying to figure it out. Crutchfield sent great instructions and gave star status customer support. Great item that works with my truck and a verity of aftermarket systems.

Not exactly what I expected but still worked great.

Although I thought it include everything I needed to connect the head to the truck, I still needed to splice the Kenwood wires to the harness. Dispute this, I am very happy with the result.

perfect product

Perfect for my car. It has all the connections you could possibly need, so all I had to do was cut some short and then splice the rest together. I wish it came with a cable sleeve or something bc it is somewhat a mess, but I quickly fixed that with electrical tape. very intuitive and helped me keep all my steering wheel controls as they were. Also, make sure to read instructions bc it is different for each manufacturer.

Worked as advertised, easily installed/wired to the wiring harness from the new deck, easy to program. *Read the manual before you attempt to program, at least 2 times, as timing can be an issue.

More customer service than product

The product works flawlessly. Directions were simple. Could not have been easier. But that being said, I could have paid less and gotten this anywhere. But I chose, and will always choose, Crutchfield. I know what I am buying is 100% going to work in my car/truck. Price does not matter. When I purchase something, I expect it to work. With this company, it will work (not counting manufacturers defects which can't be controlled). I known these guys since I was a kid in the 70's. Their customer service is impeccable. I wish I remembered who I chatted with online to buy this, but he was spot on. I had some dumb questions that he answered without making me feel stupid. Everything was perfect. He picked out all the items I needed and even put them into my shopping cart. I literally clicked purchase, not even looking. And I was not even worried. Got here fast. Installed my new radio the day after I bought my new truck.
