Wrong clip won't hook up

Spent quite a bit for something sent with the wrong clip so I can't use my heat or ac. It's been 3 days since I called, and they have figured absolutely nothing out to get it resolved. For this price, this is unacceptable.

PAC RPK4-CH4103 Dash and Wiring Kit Review

I recently installed the PAC RPK4-CH4103 Dash and Wiring Kit in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, and overall, I'm very pleased with the product. First off, the kit arrived well-packaged, with everything I needed for the installation. The replacement dash looks fantastic, and I was particularly concerned about how the HVAC system would integrate with the new setup. Fortunately, it works flawlessly with no issues. The only hiccup I encountered was during the initial setup. Instead of following the instructions to cycle the AUX power, I started and turned off the Jeep, which caused my new radio to lose functionality-my backup camera didn't show video, Bluetooth was disabled, and I couldn't access the radio settings. After some troubleshooting, I realized my mistake. I disconnected the battery for five minutes, restarted the setup process correctly, and everything worked perfectly from that point on. I also installed a third-party backup camera, and it integrates seamlessly with this unit. The camera powers on quickly without needing a separate reverse trigger wire, thanks to the harness work (which I had Crutchfield handle). Overall, this kit exceeded my expectations. It looks great, functions perfectly, and integrates well with additional components. Just be sure to follow the setup instructions carefully to avoid any initial issues. Highly recommended!

PAC RPK4-CH4103 Dash and Wiring Kit

Awesome kit. Unfortunately, I had to return it. Not Crutchfield's fault though, it was my own because I was confident in installing it myself because I didn't want to mess something up on my brand new jeep that I had recently gotten. Best buy told me that they wouldn't install because I didn't purchase it from them.

Simple

Pretty general install when you use their pdf manual. Make sure to have your aftermarket headunit installation manual on hand
