Wall-Mounted Touchscreen: The Russound XTS Touchscreen is a stylish in-wall touchscreen that runs an embedded version of the popular MyRussound App. By placing the powerful MyRussound app in a permanent location on a wall, the XTS gives you full and easy control of your Russound XStream gear (such as the XSource, XZone4, and XZone70V) or MCA-Series/C-Series system (such as the MCA-66, MCA-88, and MCA-88X), eliminating the need to use your smartphone or tablet to simply change the volume or change your music selection. It can control any zone (up to 16) within your compatible Russound system.

Powerful Cortex-A9 Dual Core Processor: The Russound XTS Touchscreen utilizes a powerful Cortex-A9 dual core processor for optimum performance.

4.7" Capacitive Touchscreen: The XTS uses a high performance 4.7" QHD IPS LCD screen with a maximum resolution of 540 x 960. The XTS display also features projected capacitive technology, the latest touch technology used in smartphones and tablets, enhancing the XTS with a quicker response time, high durability, and excellent optical performance. The capacitive touchscreen provides simple and fast control, as well as metadata feedback from compatible sources - including artist name, song titles, album titles, & album art.

Controls: From the XTS Touchscreen, you can select between Russound XStream compatible streaming music sources (including Spotify, Pandora, SiriusXM, TuneIn, vTuner, & DLNA). From the XTS you can also create, edit or delete any favorites. In addition, the wall-mounted touchscreen offers playback and search functions for your music sources, as well as song/artist information and album art. You even get Bass, Treble, & Loudness control through the wall-mounted touchscreen. The XTS touchscreen can be used to control up to 16 stereo audio zones in a single installation using any combination of Russound XStream and MCA-Series/C-Series series audio products

Network Connectivity: The XTS Touchscreen features an Ethernet (RJ-45) jack and connects to your network router rather than your Russound system. The XTS uses a dynamic DHCP network address.  If a more permanent IP address is required, use a DHCP reservation for the XTS in your router configuration.

Power Requirements: Power over Ethernet (PoE) allows the XTS to receive power over the same Ethernet connection used for communication, requiring only one CAT-5/6 cable run. In order to take advantage of PoE, the XTS must be connected to an 802.3af router or switch or to a PoE power injector.

Mounting Options: The Russound XTS Touchscreen features an elegant, low-profile design that installs easily in a 1-gang box or low profile p-ring. It extends from the wall only 0.57" when installed. It can be installed in a portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) orientation.

Firmware Updates: The XTS makes it easy to keep the touchscreen interface up-to-date with the latest version of the MyRussound app by performing a simple over-the-network update from the settings menu.
