AM/FM/WB Amplified 12V Antenna: The PMX-ANT is an amplified antenna for use with Rockford Fosgate PMX source units (sold separately) and is designed to boost AM/FM and WB (weather band) radio station signals in distant areas (up to 20dB).

Water & Dust Resistant (IP67): The Rockford Fosgate PMX-ANT amplified antenna is IP67 rated, making it water and dust resistant.

Mounting Options: The Rockford Fosgate PMX-ANT can mount with the included 3M tape on the bottom of the amplified antenna or with wire ties (sold separately). The PMX-ANT measures 1.125" (w) x 1.0" (h) x 4.4375" (d).

Connections: The Rockford Fosgate PMX-ANT features an attached 5" power/ground harness and attached 8' antenna cable. One end of 40" power/gound extension harness plugs into the attached 5" power/ground harness of the PMX-ANT, while the other end of the harness hardwires to a 12V/1A accessory switched power source and ground. The attached 8' antenna cable is terminated by a male motorola plug which connects to the antenna jack of your compatible RockFord Fosgate PMX source unit.

Will this work with the PMX-HD9813 receiver?

I don't know, but I thought I was having reception issues with my Rockford Fosgate marine receiver, which is a PMX-3. Some of the Rockford Fosgate marine receivers seem to pull a lot of electrical interference in through the antenna lead. You may need to buy a noise filter which goes between your receiver and your antenna. I was ready to get rid of my receiver because I thought the tuner couldn't pull stations in good. I now love my Rockford Fosgate PMX-3 after I solved the interference issue.

It is universal it will work with any radio with an antenna input. In the pmx-hd9813 manual troubleshooting for poor tuning it mentions adding this exact part number.

I have a Rockford Fosgate PMX-2 on my motorcycle and it also has Sirius XM, will this work with it and play my Sirius XM radio?

No the XM radio requires a receiver and different antenna that plug into your head unit.

While this was designed with Rockford's PMX marine receivers, but it will work with just about any marine radio, there are likely some other solutions available for you for use in a non-marine vehicle.
