Whew. Where to begin. So I've been a JL audio guy most my life. I have a 12w7 in one sedan, a 13w7 in another sedan, and another 12w7 sitting in my garage not being used. All powered by those 1200 HD series amps. I listen to a lot of deep boomy bass and the w7 series does a very good job for 1200 watts rms. I just purchased an suv recently and was originally going to do a dual 1200HD with 2 13w7s. But I knew it probably was not going to be as loud as I liked. After looking over a couple choices I settled on these Rockford 13" power series sub woofers. And to power it I purchased a Rockford 2500bdcp monoblock amplifier. All I have to say is make the box built to spec and make sure the electrical system can keep up. Once you do that you will get one loud single 13" with surprisingly good SQ. I thought getting this would sacrifice SQ for just pure SPL. That was not the case. It's an SQL sub. Anyways. I'm def going to keeping this in my suv for a long time and I'm already thinking about adding a second but my electrical System for my car is difficult to find upgrades for. But this thing is the truth. I asked a girl who was in my car how many subs she thought was in the back and she said "4" lol. I will say tho. I will say, the sub did not get as loud as I hoped. But realizing it's a single 13" sub I think it does very well.

Pros: Very efficient for size Sound quality for this type of sub is surprising Moved a lot of air

Cons: Needs a huge box to sound good (rf recommends 4 cubic feet). Needs a powerful amp to get the full potential

I recently purchased one T2S1 sub being powering by a Rockford T1500 -1bd amp Two AGM battery and a 3 farad capacitor .I had a custom ported box made tuned to 30 hz .The way the bass drops low on this sub is mind blowing . This is a excellent piece of craftsmanship my hats off to Rockford Fosgate for this beast .

Pros: Everything even the price

Cons: This beast is heavy

Left me astonished, blew me away literally! I would highly recommend this sub to anyone who wants some serious bass very clean crisp sound. I had a custom box made. I've had plenty of high quality pro subs but this one leaves me speechless! Have it wired with sky high 1/0 running on RP4500.1

Pros: It wasn't hard to have a custom box made out of the other ones I've bought an paid for. This thing thumps, slams it sounds phenomenal. I am so glad I made this purchase!

Cons: I don't really have any cons as of right now and have had this sub for over 2 months now

I run one of these in a ported box, powered by a Rockford Fosgate T1500-1bdCP amplifier. This thing will absolutely destroy any other subwoofer of comparable size. I'm honestly afraid to push it to its limit because it can effortlessly reach bass volumes where I cannot even see straight. The price of this subwoofer made me cringe at first, but after hearing it I think it is worth every penny.

Pros: Absolutely incredible sound and clarity, even at very high volumes. The bass is thick and solid, and the sub doesn't even break a sweat doing it.

Cons: It weighs 95 pounds! It is a challenge to get it positioned in the box. It's all part of the experience with this thing though.

I had two rockford t0d2 12 before this in a 5 cubic foot ported box powered by a t1500.1bdcp. believe me when i say this but this monster is louder, cleaner, and just bass in your face kinda sub. i have it in a 4.6 cubic foot box tuned to 33 hertz and still using the t1500.1 to power it and this thing slams. loudest single sub setup i have ever heard and a few shops around me agree. Thank you rockford for this amazing sub!

Pros: loud, clean, and unbelievable output

Cons: NONE!
