Rockford Fosgate's TMS69BL14 speaker kit lets you add their TMS69 6"x9" speakers to your Harley-Davidson's factory bag lids. Designed for select 2014 and newer Harley-Davidson® motorcycles with hard-shell bags, these speakers will work beautifully with existing Rockford Fosgate HD14-TKIT audio systems.

Hassle-free installation

The easy- to-use cutting guide and mounting system means you can enjoy bigger sound without replacing the bags or dealing with the hassle of painting. The direct-connect wiring harnesses make life a lot easier, and the kit includes all hardware and integrated grilles.

Element-ready speakers

The TMS69 speakers will handle all the varying conditions you can face when you're on a long ride. The carbon-reinforced polypropylene cones, neodymium dome tweeters, and poly-cotton spiders will withstand wind and weather, while the glass-reinforced polymer frames and Santoprene rubber surrounds can stand up to rough roads or sizzling sunlight. Install these speakers using your Harley's factory hardware and the included grille assemblies.

Note: The direct-connect harnesses are not compatible with Tour-Pak® Speakers. This kit may not be compatible with CVO™ and Screaming Eagle™ models

Note: All 2014-up Harley Davidson radios use a “high fidelity” EQ curve which will cause severe distortion in any audio upgrade. You can get this EQ curve removed at your dealership.

Features

Mounting: The included templates guide cutting the opening in each saddlebag lid. The grille and mounting bracket are bolted together with the saddlebag lid sandwiched between them, then the speaker is mounted to the bottom of the bracket.

Wiring: The included cables are designed to easily connect the speakers to the output of select Rockford Fosgate compact amplifiers. One end of the included main harness plugs into the rear amplifier output. The other end splits in two and is routed into the saddlebags (grommets included).

Weather: The speakers are made weather resistant by the Santoprene front isolation spider, connecting the tweeter housing and woofer cone assembly.

Klippel Verified: The Klippel distortion analyzer, a device that uses a laser and sophisticated software to do large-scale analysis of drivers in motion, lets Rockford Fosgate optimize the speaker's motor structure, voice coil alignment, and suspension to yield the best possible performance.

CEA-2031 Compliant: The power handling specifications conform to the CEA-2031 industry standards; meaning the speaker has the capacity to handle its rated power under continuous demand, not just for an instant.

VAST Surround: The Vertical Attach Surround Technique (VAST) increases a speaker's effective radiating cone area without increasing the size of the basket. The surround is made of Santoprene rubber.

hello i have a 2018 street glide with 5x7 in bags now would like to go 6x9 does this kit cover the holes in bag uppers the grill of 5x7?? thanks

The Rockford Fosgate TMS69BL14 6x9 speaker kit comes with an included templates to guide cutting the opening (required) in each saddlebag lid, Donald. The grille and mounting bracket are bolted together with the saddlebag lid sandwiched between them, then the speaker is mounted to the bottom of the bracket covering existing holes and providing a clean look after install. Will this kit work with a 2020 Road Glide..? Will plug right up..?

You will want to contact an Advisor by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat to discuss compatibility with your factory system. They will be able to pull up your vehicle and see if this will integrate. If it does not, then they will also be able to discuss other options with you.

We do not offer the mounting hardware without the speakers. I've looked on Rockford Fosgate's site but cannot find it offered there either. If you are looking for replacements, I recommend contacting Rockford Fosgate's support by calling 800-669-9899. If you are searching for custom mounts, we have advisors that you can reach by calling 1-800-324-9695 who can check your specific motorcycle for options.

Can you buy the saddlebag speaker grills separately? I have stock 2017 HD touring bags with stock speaker grills but the speakers face up. Id like to get a little sound directed forward. Thanks

I believe they only sell it in this configuration currently. I bought these and ended up purchasing a forward facing kit with tweeter from American Hardbag. Used the Fosgate stuff except for the actual speakers. Couldn't be happier.

Yes: The included templates guide cutting the opening in each saddlebag lid. The grille and mounting bracket are bolted together with the saddlebag lid sandwiched between them, then the speaker is mounted to the bottom of the bracket.
