Not for outside use

The camera may be waterproof, but the power supply is for 'indoor use only'. You can mount it outside if you want to drill a hole through your wall and run the USB cord through it to an inside power outlet. But that's against code, unsafe, and creates access for insects into your home. I'm returning it.

I have five of these located around our home. Four of them are excellent, great picture quality and sound.One quit working for no reason . So four instead of five stars.

Very nice cameras the fish eye view is nice. Only thing I can say that is negative is they go offline more than I want to see. They are not very far from my router.
Pros: nicely built & indoor/outdoor application. Easy setup. Nice night vision.
Cons: goes offline more than I want to see. Could be a homekit issue tho?

Great indoor camera, perfect for keeping an eye on the home when I'm at work. Purchased this item to stay within the HomeKit ecoystem. Set up was simple and everything works as it should. Home app makes it easy to access with no lag at all. Very wide-angle view. Has the option to stream and record when not home.

Slightly pricy comapred to other options

Cons: 1. For a modern camera, it's surprising that 5 ghz wifi networks are not supported. 2. The power cable is permanently attached to the camera on one side. When installing outside if anything were to happen to the cable, the camera becomes useless. 3. HomeKit can be painful sometimes when adding this camera to your home. 4. Night vision could be better. I feel the Logitech doorbell does a better job. Pros: 1. Decent video quality 2. Love the privacy first features. 3. Looks very sleek. 4. Love the wide lens! It really does make it easy to cover my entire front yard.

I ordered 4 of these and placed them around the home in strategic locations. Ridiculously fast setup, all 4 were installed in 20 minutes, just scan the Apple Homekit barcode and in less than 2 minutes it was working. Its been a few weeks now and no complaints.
