Overview: The Belkin iPhone Mount with MagSafe for Mac Notebooks (MMA006bt) lets you mount your iPhone 12 and later to your Mac notebook. When mounted, you can use your iPhone as a webcam, utilizing the Continuity Camera Features of the latest macOS for FaceTime and video conferencing. The mount also doubles as a kick stand or a ring grip. The MagSafe iPhone mount is 2.344" in diameter and weighs only 1.25 ounces. When mounted, it protrudes just over 1/4" from the back of your phone.

MagSafe: Apple's MagSafe was introduced on the iPhone 12 to improve wireless charging and a way to magnetically attach accessories. MagSafe accessories utilize the magnetic ring on the back of the iPhone 12, iPhone 13, and iPhone 14, including mini, Plus, Pro, and Pro Max models. In addition to the magnetic ring, the MagSafe-enabled iPhones also have a second magnetic spot for additional security and proper alignment of the phone on the mount. The mount easily attaches to the back of your MagSafe-enabled iPhone and clip it to your MacBook.

MacBook Compatibility: The Belkin iPhone Mount with MagSafe is compatible with the following MacBooks:

• MacBook Pro: 13" M2 (2022), 14" (2021), 16" (2021), 13" (2020), 13" M1 (2020), 16" (2019)
• MacBook Air: M2 (2022), 13" (2020), 13" M1 (2020), 13" (2018)

Uses: The iPhone MagSafe Mount features a tab that pulls out, allowing you to hang the camera on the top of your MacBook's monitor with the camera aimed back at the user. The rubberized coating on the tab protects your Macbook's screen from scratches, and provides a non-slip grip. You can rotate the mount on the iPhone to switch from landscape to portrait orientation. The Continuity Camera features of the latest macOS allow you to use the iPhone as a web camera for video conferences and FaceTime sessions without any extra equipment. Continuity Camera features include:

• Center Stage: keeps you centered in the camera frame, even as you move around
• Portrait Mode: blurs the background so you stand out in the frame
• Studio Light: dims the background and illuminates your face, even in difficult lighting situations
• Desk View: uses the Ultra Wide camera to show your face and your desk at the same time

Ring Tab/Kickstand: The MagSafe Mount has a ring tab that lifts up to give you extra security while carrying around your phone. The ring is approximately 7/8" in diameter, allowing you to insert your finger as you hold your phone. The tab can also be used as a kickstand in either portrait or landscape orientation.
