Not satisfied at all.

Installation is awful on a 2011 Mazda MX5. Will have to try something else. Only thing that works on the radio after installation is the gps. Radio did not fit. Had to modify mount to even get it into the space provided for the installation kit. None of the hookups were right. I have an extra connector that the installation does not address. Will have to uninstall it and see if I can get it working.

Nice unit with minor drawbacks.

The unit works well, and the hookup was easy except for the backup camera wire. It was not a radio problem, it was a vehicle problem. Had a little trouble getting power to the unit, but tech support fixed it, and all is well. I do not like how the radio fits into my Mercedes SKL 280; the buttons are recessed and not easy to push. I am happy with Crutchfield and moderately happy with the radio unit.
Pros: Good sound, lots of options
Cons: Buttons are hard to push, but it may be the vehicle it's in. (Mercedes SKL280).

Unusably slow

Do not buy this unit. It is unreasonably slow to start up, I timed it and it took 26seconds from starting the car to the backup camera showing an image. Ridiculous.

nice head unit- bought factory refurb- but missing install hardware. No screws (M5), luckily I had some. No RCA to 3.5mm connector No self adhesive metal pad for GPS antenna mount. I managed working around these things, just bummed I had to get resourceful on a purchase of this value.
