Bad Experience

Product was delivered damaged, not too shocking as this is not real wood. I knew it wasn't real wood, but it made me disappointed on how easily the sides folded while it was wrapped in protection. The biggest issue was the delivery, not Crutchfield's fault as their support was awesome. Delivery comes directly from BDI who contracts out the delivery to a 3rd party, I had to wait a month to get the unit so the idea of an exchange didn't thrill me. I still wanted to give them another chance so I ordered a different smaller unit from them, the delivery driver was in a 18 wheeler and didn't want to come down my street. Therefore I had to meet him at one of his stops to load the unit into my SUV. He didn't take away the damaged unit, so I am left with a large TV stand to take to the dump which won't be easy as it is too large to fit in my SUV.

Almost great. Very good. Not Perfect.

Extremely sturdy and good looking. The internal cable routing and cleats provided allow for many components to be stored inside and out of sight while keeping all cables cleanly out of the way and invisible from the front. The Drift color matches very closely with my dynaudio evoke 20s in Blonde Wood. They look great together! Why 4 stars then? Well the center channel shelf is VERY specific when it comes to sizing. Do not trust the measurements. There are large physical supports inside that prevent deep and/or wide center channels from fitting in a centered position. You'll want a center channel that is about 11" deep and about 18" wide if you want to keep it inside the cabinet for a clean look. I went with the Revel Concerta c25 and it fits well, though not perfectly. It's about 1" off-center, but not really audibly noticeable.
Pros: Good looks Well built Excellent Cable routing
Cons: Limited center channel space
