Overview: The SoundExtreme Transom Remote Control (SEI-SERMTRNS) is an innovative battery powered remote that's designed to control select SoundExtreme amplified tower speakers, marine radios and select soundbars (Elite, Pro, and Pulse). The wireless remote control includes a snap-in mounting bracket that lets you mount the remote in a convenient location, while still being easily removed for portable use. The Transom Remote Control can control both audio and LED lighting for up to 3 paired SoundExtreme products and control up to 3 wireless audio zones (SoundExtreme device-dependent).

Construction: Designed for marine and outdoor environments, the Transom Remote Control features a sealed chassis with rubberized buttons, helping prevent moisture and particle ingress. The remote is IP67 rated for water and dust ingress protection.

Power: The SoundExtreme wireless Transom Remote Control is powered by a single CR2032 battery (included) that mounts inside a water-tight compartment on the rear panel. The remote control requires no wiring.

RF Pairing: The Transom Remote Control features a built-in 433 MHz RF transmitter that's designed to pair with the wireless control sensor in compatible SoundExtreme products. The remote control can pair to up to 3 compatible SoundExtreme products, which can be assigned and selected using the P1, P2, and P3 buttons on the remote.

Controls: The SoundExtreme Transom Remote Control's rubberized buttons include:

• Power: Lets you power your compatible SoundExtreme tower speaker, marine radio, or soundbar On/Off. Pressing and holding the Power button will turn the LED lighting on your compatible SoundExtreme product On/Off.
• Main +/- Buttons: Increases or decreases the overall volume.
• Vol Z1 & Z2: Two +/- buttons let you independently adjust the volume in Zone 1 and Zone 2, when paired with a SoundExtreme marine radio.
• Play/Pause: A short press activates Play mode on your SoundExtreme device, and will Pause if already playing. Pressing and holding will activate the EcoTalk feature, if applicable.
• Track Buttons: Two track buttons let you move forward or backward through track selection; if your connected device is in Tuner mode, these buttons can be used to tune the next or previous FM radio station.
• "Mountain" Button: Lets you cycle through the available predefined Scenes (LED lighting presets) on the paired SoundExteme product.
• Circle&Arrow Button: Changes the Audio Source on the paired device; pressing and holding will put the Transom Remote Control into Pairing mode.
• P1, P2, P3 Buttons: Three Preset buttons let you pair and control up to 3 compatible SoundExtreme devices; when in AM/FM mode, these let you store and recall up to 3 radio stations.

Mounting: The SoundExtreme Transom Remote Control includes a snap-in mounting bracket that can be mounted on a dash or console, either using the provided hardware or the precut 3M adhesive pad. The snap-in bracket lets you quickly attach and remove the remote for portable use. A second 3M adhesive pad is provided to mount the remote directly to a flat surface without using the bracket.
