Disappointed all around

Box arrived damaged and heavily taped. Looks like I received someone else's return? Top shelf (the most visible one) damaged on both sides. Hardware problems. Some of the primary anchor screws (package A) don't go in flush. Missing another piece (one of the floor protector bumpers that nail in) and there are no extras. Based on other reviews re: damaged boxes this feels like a quality problem that needs to be addressed. Maybe use the thicker and flexible type foam to protect the wood, rather than the thin cheap and brittle styrofoam that snaps easily. Especially when the package weighs 48lbs.

Unfathomable that a product would be delivered to a customer that doesn't meet the eye test visually! It was supposed to be a house warming gift but the appearance of the box was so bad I didn't dare present it as a gift. Additionally, I don't even believe this happened in transit. It appears that it left the warehouse like this!

Good value & quality for the price.

Shipped from manufacturer via UPS, delivered in 1 week, packed well, no damage. Assembly is straightforward (mostly - diagrams slightly confusing at times but figured it out in the end). Opted not to attach bottom front fascia piece, to leave enough clearance for robo-vac to get underneath. Good quality, finished article and looks good. Nice additions would be a couple of rear attachment points for a pair of anti-tip tv straps, and leveling feet would also be good. Overall good value & quality for the price.

Delivery from UPS was appalling. Photos attached. Don't know if the problem was with the manufacturer or UPS. Two out of three previous reviews had the same shipping problem. I wondered if I was receiving a package that had previously been returned to the manufacturer. Screws of the same size were in multiple packages, and some of the directions were incorrectly marked, and had to be sorted out. The table itself is attractive, but overall it was a disappointing experience. M. Mulqueen New Jersey
