Drops off WiFi daily

Sound is fantastic. The wireless tech is a ROYAL AGGRAVATING PAIN. Speakers drop off WiFi network every single night. Have to open the app to update the group's network meaning go through the process of re-adding each speaker to the network (re-enter WiFi password, physically touch each speaker, etc. etc. etc.). Yes, I have seen suggestion to turn off private WiFi network iOS setting, fix IP address, mess with router, WHATEVER. Thing is, this is the only software that has the problem. Little old Roku and other wireless devices have no problem whatsoever with the router. If you want great sound with serious setup heartburn, these are the wireless speakers for you.

Great sound!

The Sonos Era 300 is great. I purchased this 2-pack to add onto my existing Sonos system to create a "whole home" speaker system. The speakers sound great and the setup is very easy! Couldn't be happier and look forward to adding additional Sonos speaker to my system in the future!

Awesome sound

Amaizing sound...these Era300 are truly great and sound is awesome...i bought this for my patio terraze and music is so enjoyable, cristal clear sound, you will love the quality sound. I totally recommend the Era 300.

Outstanding Performance

Outstanding performance. Set up was easy. We replaced Sonos Ones with the ERA 300s for our surround speakers and it made a huge difference. Support and reviews from Crutchfield helped us to make the decision to add the 300s. Their reviews were right-on!

These took some getting used to!

I replaced a pair of one sl's with the era 300's for my rear channel speakers. I have the ARC and sub gen 3. I was used to the sound coming directly from the rear one sl's. The era 300's are room filling firing from all directions. The music is so much better and movies are too. You really can't appreciate the difference these era 300's until you try them. They are awesome!

So far, wonderful sound

So far, wonderful sound. Mounted a pair about 3 feet below ceiling. Fills a largish room with rich sound, and handles orchestral, jazz, and rock equally well.

Sonos Era 300 2-pack

Very pleased with Sonos Era 300s. First pair of powered wireless speakers that replaced 25+ year old Bang Olufsens. Easily connected a Teac turntable via Bluetooth and a JVC cd player via the mini 3.5mm port. Now listening to some Apple Music jazz with lossless compression. The Era's Spatial Audio capability makes it a treat for my ears. Bass seems more than adequate so I don't see a need for a subwoofer.

Great upgrade!

Great upgrade. Moved my rear channel Ones to a new room and replaced them with these Eras (paired with an ARC and Sub). They are mounted about 12" from the ceiling using Flexson Wall Mounts/ Significant improvement in Atoms surround as expected. Where they really impressed was with Non-Atmos music. Listening to some stereo mixed Tool via the Sonos App and was really impressed with how immersive the sound was. As always, buying from Crutchfield was an easy experience. I had an issue where I mistakenly didn't apply several hundred dollars worth of gift cards. I didn't catch it until after I submitted the order. Called Crutchfield, they said the could apply them the next day once the order processed and shipped. They called me the next day to confirm the gift cards were processed and the refund issued. Great customer service.

Old School

Packaging and shipping is awesome but I am old school I guess. I would rather have a receiver bringing life to my speakers instead of using the sonos app and crap. The speakers are just okay.

Great speakers!

Phenomenal speakers.....! Purchased these as surround speakers for the Sonos Arc and Sub we already had.....could not be more pleased. Very easy to set up via the Sonos app. Expensive, but worth it!!

The Sonos Era 300 speakers are in one word ...Phenomenal! It's amazing the sound quality and volume from such a small speaker. To appreciate their full potential a duo needs to be set in stereo. You will never regret this purchase!

I was never a Sonos fan until I heard these Era 300's. They really disperse the sound up and around, and for a single source speaker sound quite good.

Awesome speakers, really dynamic sound. I added these as surround speakers for my Sonos Arc soundbar. What a significant improvement! They were pretty easy to set up with the Sonos app. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because Sonos didn't put them in their Black Friday sale.

Sonos ERA 300 Speakers

I think these are very good speakers but I became very frustrated with the Sonos One APP. IMHO it was very confusing and I became so frustrated that I almost returned the 300 speakers and Beam. I could not believe there was no manual provided. "Buttons" on the units are hard to see and there are no "labels" as to what anything means.

Winderful speakers

Fairly easy to set up. Fantastic sound..well defined, clear and spacious. I'm so impressed with the sound quality from speakers this suze. I no longer believe that size makes a difference.

Sonos Era 300 2-pack

Speakers are a perfect upgrade to the previous Sonos Arc setup that i had. They really fill the room as a surround set. Highs, Mids, and Lows all sound great. And before I set them up as surrounds, I listened to them in a stereo set up with my music. And they sounded great that way too. I would have no issue with using them as a music set up in any room.

Arc soundbar + subwoofer mini + dos era300 . Super sonido 7.1.4

Primero conecté unos sonos one al arc saundbar y luego las cambie por las era 300. Es una diferencia bien marcada. También añadí un subwoofer mini y estoy complacido. Aunque sonos recomienda el subwoofer más grande con la arc en un un espcio de 400 pies cuadrados el mini es suficiente .Gracias a Crutchfield el cambio de las one por las era300 fue rápido, solamente me tomó una semana. Como siempre servicio excelente.

Signature Sonos sound. Focus on mid range. Balanced highs. The bass can be a bit boomy. The speaker placement makes this a better ambient/rear speaker.

Very good speakers, I tested alternative smart speakers brands in the same price range and the Eras were clearly better. I use them paired, for music only, in a midsize room, and they deliver clear and fairly balanced sound that fill the space with no obvious distortion. I have tried mostly music of different genres from digital services, but these speakers are capable of picking up the signal from my receiver (one floor down) so that I can listen to Vinyls or CDs without additional equipment. The sonos app is also very intuitive and easy to use. These might be complemented by a sub-mini to enhance the sound but I have yet to try that, and it may not be necessary overall.
