Commercial Indoor/Outdoor Speaker: The Klipsch PSM-650-T loudspeaker is part of Klipsch's Professional Surface Mount (PSM) sepeaker series, delivering higher bass output and greater dispersion from a compact enclosure. Designed for distributed audio applications, the PSM-650-T speaker is equally suited for indoor or outdoor background music and paging applications in both commercial and recreational environments. The Klipsch PSM-series commercial all-weather speaker is perfect for patios, decks, swimming pools, porches, or any other place where exposure to the elements makes conventional loudspeaker usage unsuitable.

IPX6 Rated: The PSM-650-T carries an IPX6 weatherproof rating for indoor and outdoor applications.

Two-Way Driver Design: The Klipsch PSM-650-T all-weather loudspeaker features a two-way design using a high performance 6.50" woofer for the low frequencies and a bridge-mounted 1" titanium compression driver for the high frequencies. The compact enclosure features Klipsch's patented Tractrix® Hyperfold Port, engineered to extend the port length for maximum bass power and a greater dispersion pattern while eliminating port noise.

All-Weather Enclosure: Available in black or white, the PSM-650-T features a durable UV-resistant, all-weather ABS enclosure. The rustproof aluminum grille can be painted to match the decor and includes set-screws on each side for added security.

Multi-tap Transformer: The PSM-650-T includes a 60-watt multi-tap transformer for 70- or 100-volt installations. There is also a bypass position that allows standard 8-ohm operation for installations that do not require a transformer. In 8-ohm bypass mode, the PSM-650-T can handle up to 80W RMS (320W peak). The transformer has a rotary switch for setting the appropriate tap setting:

• 70-Volt: 7.5W, 15W, 30W, 60W
• 100-Volt: 15W, 30W, 60W
• Bypass Setting: 8-ohm nominal

Euroblock Connector: Connection to the PSM-650-T loudspeaker is made through a single 4-pin Euroblock (Phoenix) connector, accepting wire up to 14-gauge. Two pins on the connector provide the Input while two additional pins provide the Output for daisy-chaining multiple speakers. A removable cover protects the Euroblock connector from the elements. The cover features a rubberized wire pass-thru for added weather-resistance.

Mounting Bracket: The included heavy-gauge C-style mounting bracket is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum and offers great placement flexibility, letting you wall- or ceiling-mount the speaker. The mounting bracket allows you to rotate the speaker almost 180° after mounting, letting you direct the sound as needed. If the speaker is mounted vertically, the bracket allows it to swivel side to side. If the speaker is mounted horizontally, the bracket allows it to swivel up and down. The speaker's shape makes corner placement easy. Once positioned, the speaker can be locked down at the desired angle with the oversized knobs on each side of the mounting bracket. In addition, two set-screws are included, providing additional security.
