Just what I needed to connect my sub woofer to receiver! The Crutchfield team saved me time scrolling through pages to find the correct part. Thank you!

Easy to install
Only1cannoli from Sarasota, FL on 2/19/2018
Product was easy to use and install and helped reduce the usual clutter associated with amateur audiophile work. I used this to support my upgrade to Dolby ATMOS, including a second rear subwoofer. Used a faux duplex gang box (frame only ... forget what they are called) to mount this to. Works just like the real stuff, just make your normal cutout then insert this over the opening, pull your wires through, and put on the faceplate.

Bought wrong item....
dmd123 from Washington on 7/7/2015
While the product is clearly made well, I did not pay close enough attention and ordered the wrong item. If the item had an alternate picture I would have realized it had an F-type connection on the back as opposed to an RCA like I needed. Yes my fault for not reading the description carefully but picture of BOTH side would have been nice.
Pros: High quality product.
Cons: Picture of product should have been better

Great Product

simple enough - instead of dealing with solder or crimps to run along RCA line you can use bulk coax.
Pros: easy, nothing complicated about it.
Cons: nothing really - if you are confused by this product you might want to consider hiring a professional

great product
bb from Charlotte, NC on 7/26/2013
Great, unique product that I'm also using for the in-wall coaxial cable run for the subwoofer. I'm using it with Leviton QuickPort wall plates to match other wall plates and the fit is a little loose. You may have to adjust the cable behind or use some glue to hold it in flush if the cable behind is stiff...so minus a star for that. Otherwise it works and looks fine.
Pros: price, availability, free shipping
Cons: doesn't quite fit Leviton wall plates as tightly; not a big deal for me (On-Q wall plates would probably work better)

Works great
Techie from Doylestown, PA on 2/23/2012
Works great, I used this to connect a subwoofer with an existing coaxial line, all devices including an AV receiver are hidden in a closet and i needed to place the subwoofer in a corner away from everything, great buy
Pros: Came in a plastic bag not in a fancy box, therefore i got a better deal
Cons: none
