2-Way Driver Design: The Definitive Technology Dymension CI Series LCR-525 MAX employs a 2-way driver design that features a pivoting 1"aluminum oxide dome tweeter with level control and two 5.25" BDSS (Balanced Double Surround System) woofers with Linear Response Waveguides to deliver dynamic, pinpoint-precise sound in both horizontal and vertical orientations as a front, center, or surround speaker in a home theater setup.

• 1" Pivoting Aluminum Oxide Dome Tweeter with Level Control: The ultralight, rigid, 1" aluminum oxide dome tweeter produces crisp, distortion-free highs that extend far beyond the range of human hearing. Its pivoting design allows you to aim the high frequencies for crisp, clear sound where you need it most in the room. You can select from -2dB (high-shelf cut), 0dB (neutral) or +2dB (high-shelf boost). The High-Frequency (HF) selector switch is located on the front baffle behind the detachable magnetic grille.
• Dual 5.25" BDSS Woofers with Linear Response Waveguides: The two light, stiff mineral-filled polypropylene 5.25" woofer feature Definitive Technology's Balanced Double Surround System (BDSS), which improves driver excursion and output, delivering superior punchiness and detail and a more even midrange throughout the room. Definitive Technology's patented Linear Response Waveguide extends both on-axis and off-axis frequency dispersion for more natural midrange and precise imaging and an open, airy sound. As a result, the LCR-525 MAX delivers robust mids and lows as a center, front, or surround speaker in your home theater system.

Sophisticated Crossover: The LCR-525 MAX utilizes a sophisticated crossover network for optimal driver performance with a seamless transition between high and low frequencies for a smooth, well-balanced sound.

IP55-Rated: With IP55-rated protection against dust and low-pressure water streams, trust that you can bring premium sound to any space, including high-humidity environments and outdoor areas.

Spring-Post Terminals: The Dymension CI Series LCR-525 MAX is outfitted with a set of spring-post terminals that accept bare wire (up to 12AWG), pin-connectors, and banana plugs (single only).

Micro-Perforated Magnetic Grille: A micro-perforated magnetic grille is included. The grille features a white finish, but can also be painted to match the color of your wall. The slim-profile magnetic grille protrudes only 0.25" from the wall.

Two-Piece Mounting System: A simple, two-piece system with frame and pivoting "dog-leg" clamps installs Dymension CI Series DW-65 PRO effortlessly in the wall. The DW-65 PRO requires a rectangular cutout in the wall and can be mounted either horizontally as a center-channel speaker or vertically as a front or surround channel speaker. There needs to be at least 0.75" of clearance around the inside of the cutout to accommodate the "dog-leg" clamps. The "dog-leg" clamps support a 0.25" to 1.0" thick wall.
