NAD Masters Series M28
Philip from Palm Coast, FL on 1/13/2023
I previously acquired an NAD M23 for my L>R mains and it was great out of the box. It improved, however, immensely over the next 2 months and now has really come into its own. I am experiencing the same thing with my new NAD M28. I have a lot of music videos with 5.1 audio tracks it has improved the Center and Surrounds well so they now blend seamlessly with my mains. It is just like being at the concert. I love it.

Clean and precise power - a great match for M17 V2i
Crutchfield customer from Melbourne, FL on 12/24/2021
Bought this along with NAD M17V2i and I'm totally satisfied with the performance of both. Working together, they're seamless. The M28 offers plenty of clean and eigentakt correct power through each of 7 discrete channels and has a build quality and design befitting the high price tag. Don't get me wrong when I mention the high price; with these components you clearly get what you pay for.
Pros: Clean, precise power Perfect match for M17 V21 processor Beautiful build quality and design
Cons: Price, but you get what you pay for.

Best piece of audio gear I have ever had!
Crutchfield customer from Frederick, MD on 10/11/2020
When you review a tv, you may mention how there is an absolute black background which makes colors pop, pictures so perfect that you could walk right into the scene. When you hear your brand new old cds, SACD or streaming sounds. You are there. The sounds of each instrument or voice emerge from that silent background. I say I have new old cds because I am hearing things that were hidden before There is no mess of blended together sound. My ultimate test is how close the sound is to a live orchestra. Never before I have been this close. While we are stuck inside because COVID-19 has shut the concert halls, I am glad I made this purchase. Oh and Crutchfield sent this out and I got it the next day. It was triple boxed and hence arrived safely.

NAD Masters Series M28
Crutchfield customer from Little Rock, AR on 9/10/2020
I waited around for a couple years for NAD to release a V2 of the M27 like they did for the M22 and was sorely disappointed when they discontinued the M27 altogether. I looked for a used one for months. When they announced the M28 I decided I'd buy it the day Crutchfield offered it. Yeah, good move. I had been using a MacIntosh MC2002 for my B&W Nautilus 801 fronts and a Rotel RB-976 for my center and surrounds. One section of the Rotel had died so I was really looking for something that could power all the channels and still compete with the MC2002 for music on the 801s. The M28 has not disappointed. I haven't even had it a week yet but it has many hours of service already, and yeah, it really does sound better than the Mac. And that's saying something because that's still a sweet old amp. The M28 easily powers the 801s and has noticeably more detail on the top end than the MC2002. All of the controlled and detailed bass the 801s can deliver is still there as well. Bottom line - couldn't be happier. Home run!
