Overview: The Lowepro Flipside 500 AW II is a black camera backpack for a pro-sized DSLR, plus all of your accessories. The signature Flipside design provides access to the main compartment from the body side of the backpack, giving you extra security for your gear while you're wearing it. The Flipside 500 AW II can hold a camera with an attached grip and lens (up to 400mm), plus 4 to 6 additional lenses, and flash. The backpack can also hold a 15" laptop, compact tripod, and a tablet (up to 10").

Main Compartment: The spacious main compartment lets you store your camera with lens attached so you're ready to shoot. Numerous movable dividers let you customize the size of the interior compartments, providing pockets for additional camera bodies, extra lenses, and a flash. A removable zippered storage bag gives you added flexibility for storing your personal items. The inside of the top flap has a large deep padded CradleFit pocket that will hold a 15" laptop. The pocket suspends your laptop within the backpack to protect it, even if there's an impact to the bottom panel. The pocket has a strap with a hook-and-loop closure for securing the laptop in the pocket. The top flap also features a 8-1/2" x 8-1/2" zippered pocket for your notepad, newspaper, or owner's manuals. The three mesh pockets on the top flap are ideal for storing your memory cards. The back panel is amply padded and covered with a moisture wicking material to keep you cool and comfortable.

Front Exterior Pocket: The tall zippered front pocket has a deep CradleFit pocket for storing your 10-inch tablet. Additional pockets are provided for spare batteries, memory cards, pens/pencils, snacks, or other small items. There's also a handy clip for your keys to keep them from getting lost in the pocket.

Side Mesh Pockets: The Flipside 500 AW II has large mesh pockets on each side to give you quick access to small items, such as lens covers or keys, or even a water bottle. The pockets have a strong elastic top to keep your items safe.

Tripod Storage: The backpack features a dedicated tripod attachment system. The system consists of a pullout cup at the bottom of the front exterior pocket and a pullout adjustable strap at the top. One leg of the tripod is placed in the cup, while the strap fastens the top of the tripod tightly against the backpack.

Straps/Handle: The Flipside 500 AW II is equipped with 2-3/4" wide, padded, adjustable shoulder straps for a comfortable fit. The straps are curved and contoured to fit the shape of your body and keep the backpack from shifting. An adjustable chest strap helps keep your gear secure while you're on the go. A durable, reinforced grip-handle on the top lets you grab the backpack and go. In addition, a thickly padded waistband at the bottom of the backpack lets you keep the bag on your body while you access the interior compartment.

All-Weather Cover: The backpack features a full All-Weather AW Cover stored in a pocket on the bottom of the backpack. When bad weather strikes, you can quickly and easily protect the entire bag and all of its contents by pulling up the AW Cover.
